STRIPSTEAK combines the vibrant flavors of a modern American steakhouse with a unique Asian influence, creating an unparalleled dining experience in the heart of Waikiki. Perched on the Grand Lanai of the International Market Place, guests enjoy a seasonally inspired menu featuring locally sourced ingredients, signature sides, and expertly crafted dishes by Chef Michael Mina, featuring all-natural Prime Certified Angus beef, American Wagyu beef and Japanese A5 Wagyu beef. Other signature offerings include “Instant Bacon” with Kurobuta pork belly, Seafood Platters, with king crab, lobster, oysters, and more. Not to be missed is Chef Mina's unique Triple Seared Japanese A5 wagyu served with yuzu kosho, ponzu and wasabi.

    Had a great dinner at Stripsteak in Waikiki! We sat outside, and the ambiance was perfect—relaxed but still upscale. We ordered the caviar, ahi crudo, and scallop carpaccio, and everything was absolutely delicious. Super fresh and full of flavor. Our server, Richard, was excellent—really attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. Definitely a great spot for a special dinner or just a night out with great food and atmosphere.

    お料理はいつも間違いなく美味しい。お通しのフレンチフライがとても美味しくて、ほぼ子供達が食べ尽くしてしまいます！何度も食事していますが、屋内の席だった時は冷房が強すぎて寒くて美味しさ半減だったのですが、テラス席希望と伝えればそちらへ案内してくれます。コロナ前に食事した時は、キャビア（食べ比べできる）があったのですが、未だ復活はなくて、いつか復活してほしいなと思います。

    This place was great!!! Was here for my birthday and I had a blast with my man. Food and dessert was great and mind you I’m not the type to give reviews but I thought this was good and worth it for me personally.. definitely recommend:)

    Went for Happy Hour, they offer specials on drinks and some menu items. Bar servers were all friendly and attentive. They explained our food choices on best temperatures. Drinks ere cold and the dishes were cooked as ordered and delicious.
