It was a great first date experience! Loved how despite the present socio-political atmosphere they catered to guest experience and safety.
We have been going there since it opened a few years ago, and it has a very consistent quality.
Gorgeous space with mostly poor service culture with attitude and absent management of any kind.
For a celebrity chef it’s an aberration of what goes wrong when the celebrity chef is non existent except to leave behind a concept and trust a team that is neither welcoming or connecting with most of its clients to build relationships and not clearly informed about how their very food is prepared .I would be surprised if it’s in business a year from today despite some positives that do exist

The kitchen is doing a decent job overall despite all that’s wrong with this restaurant along with some of the few positives.Final insult was arguing with a team captain two days later after not checking me in properly with my open table reservation.She said you deal with it Never again
Always my favorite place to go on the is.and. Open air dining. Staff is amazing. French fry amuse bouche is my favorite.
We arrived a couple mins early for our reservations. A girl at podium didn't look like she was enjoying her job. We were seating right away and water came right after. We waited and got our menus and drink order was taken. Wine was excellent. Waiter seemed as if he wasn't sure if we were going to eat dinner or just appetizers. He asked if we were going to order dinner as well (really?). Appetizers came out and were exceptional. Maybe that got us excited for our main course. The sides (Spinach & Kale), (Brussels Sprouts) were very delicious. The Mac and Cheese was just Mac and Cheese (not exciting). The rib eyes we ordered were just OK. All under what we ordered and I have told my family never send food back as the chef may get upset. My med rare was rare and i had a hard time cutting it with my knife. My wife and son both ordered med and both were rare as well. They gave my wife a birthday carrot cake that was really dry. She took 2 bites and said "pass". I took a bite and understood what she meant. Seems like if you are a tourist, you get better attention. Took a chance since we never been there before. Kinda disappointed especially being my wife's Birthday. At least we can say we tried it.
My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time. Service was superb and the food was exquisite! The server made sure we were taken care of and was very helpful with the menu choices. We got the washugyu ribeye which was very succulent and the filet mignon was cook to perfection. We will eat here again!
Great food from the Rib eye and filet, to the sides like the mushrooms, fried rice and Mac and cheese. Excellent service, definitely one of our favorite places and will be back again.
Dined for a celebration dinner of 6 with family in town for a visit. The old fashions were a sight when delivered to the table with the kiawe smoke an added pleasure. The seafood tower is a meal in itself with everything fresh and delicious. The steaks were cooked to perfection and tender. Definitely a must!
On vacation from Canada and we really enjoyed the whole experience. Dinner was amazing and service was very good.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a pleasant male hostess. We were then led to our table by a grumpy female hostess(later that evening I asked her where the washrooms were and she curtly muttered, “by the 3 mirrors. Huh?). The young lady who poured our water was smiley and welcoming. We asked to change seats because it was too breezy for mom. She pleasantly said that she’d ask our server.
Our server Mr. Can approached our table and said that he’d transfer us to an inside table. He took our orders(we ordered a seafood tower to share and two of us ordered steaks and side dishes)and answered any questions that we had efficiently and also maintained a pleasant and fun/upbeat atmosphere. He told us that he’d have to pass us over to another server since we were changing tables and moving inside/to another section.
In minutes, Mr. Can seated us, our drinks arrived shortly and not soon after that, we were served our seafood tower. Yum!
Mom kept munching on the seafood and another waiter approached us. We told him to bring our steaks anytime, even though mom was still eating away at her portion of the seafood.

As our new waiter passes, I wave him down an pleasantly tell him that not to worry about mom finishing up, and that we were ready for our steaks(hungry!).
..........................15 minutes(no longer hungry :()....I step away from the table to use the ladies room(encounter the grumpy female hostess previously mentioned above), return back to my seat 5 minutes later to my steak on the table :(.
We bite in but only eat 1/2 of the 2 sides, one of us eats 1/2 our steak and the other eats 2/3rds. At $57 per steak, wasteful but we simply had lost our appetites.
The manager approached us and we explained that although it was delicious, waiting 20 minutes for steak ruined it.
Great waiter his name was Buddy and he made it worth the price! His explanation was spot on!
Overall great night...the Ohana menu is a TON of food and everything was delicious!
Service and food was exceptional. Everything we ordered was great and the service was very good. Our waiter was knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations. We had such a great experience celebrating my father’s 80th birthday and Stripsteak made it really very special.

Food was some of the best I've had. Great wine recommendations. Spent a little bit longer waiting on our waiter to order than I wanted. (He was pretty busy, it was valentine's day).
Had the best wine I've ever had from a great recommendation from their own wine expert. Overall expect to pay quite a bit for an amazing drink selection and really good food.

Fantastic service. But what really stood out was the amazing food. Steak was cooked to perfection! Appetizers and side dishes were delicious and plentiful in portion.

Very impressive service and nice food!
Everything was impeccable from the moment we arrived through the entire dinner service. We were a group of nine. A few of us arrived about 30 min or so before our reserved time. We were able to be seated immediately as we waited for the rest of our group to arrive.
The service provided was second to none. Landon ensured everyone at our table received personal attention. He along with other staff members created a fabulous dining experience for our entire group. We were definitely pleased with everything from start to finish.

Hands down the best steak I’ve ever eaten!!! Oh and the fries. Amazing. And gluten free!! Our server was great - super accommodating with my dietary requirements, good recommendations and overall great service.
Food is over priced for the quantity
I’d say the food is mediocre and expensively priced.. The price part is ok because we knew what we chose, what I’m saying is the food served here is simply not worth the price. Worst is the service - we did not see a smile on any of the waitress’ face who served us from the moment we arrived until we left - but I noticed some of the other waitresses were friendly and smiley, so I’m guessing it could depend on the person. I hate to say this but we couldn’t stop thinking maybe we were treated this way because we are Japanese. We won’t be coming back.
We had a great time at this restaurant. The food tasted good and the chef blessed our kids with complimentary fries. Great for a date night or family dinner. We had an early reservation before the rush. There was a short wait but the manager was very helpful. I highly recommend this restaurant.
ステーキの新店が続々とオープンしているワイキキ。評判も良さそうなのでチャレンジです。広い店内で活気があります。シーザーサラダとヒレステーキ サイドにスパイシーチャーハンをオーダー。お通しにポテトフライが登場。かなりのボリュームです。サラダはチーズとドレッシングがたっぷりのっています。味濃すぎ。ドレッシング多すぎ。ステーキは美味しいけど ルースズクリスやウルフな方がジューシー。スパイシーチャーハンはまあまあです。子供は辛くて無理ですね。特にここでないと食べられないといった物はないかな。
