   Service was good ! Food was good . One meal was served later than the rest but manager offered free drink without anyone even complaining . It was very nice !

   This was our first trip to Story. We ordered the short rib grilled cheese sandwich with fries. I thought the sandwich was good but the fries were greasy and overcooked. My husband wasn't wild about the sandwich or fries but he wasn't feeling all that well to begin with. We were there early (4 PM) so the restaurant was quiet and the service was very good. We will go back and try something else on the menu next time.

   Our visit was the first time at this restaurant. I was impressed with their customer service. Their approach was very personal and welcoming. I would return for sure!

   Everything was good except the fact that we had reservations at 8:30pm and they closed at 9pm. We felt rushed and somewhat uncomfortable like they wanted us to leave right away! We really didn’t get to enjoy the whole experience as we were trying to hurry up and eat so they can close the place.

   Love this place! Ambience is great and food is yummy! Service has been pretty decent except for one occasion on which it took a while to get our food and drinks but overall a good experience.

   Our reservation was at 1:45, but we had to wait an additional 15–20 minutes. After ordering, our food took about an hour to arrive—and it was served cold. My dish, as well as those of two other family members, were all cold. I asked two servers for hot sauce, but it only arrived when I was nearly finished eating. They served mimosas in martini glasses instead of proper champagne flutes. When we asked for champagne glasses, the server told us they didn’t have any. No one apologized for the inconvenience.
