   This was a very disappointing experience. The food was exceedingly mediocre, boarding on the verge of inedible. Poached eggs were hard boiled, potatoes were cold, donuts were dry, and warm cider was room temp. Will not be coming back.

   Went for brunch. The digital Menu system was challenging to use for our group. I dined with parents who were less comfortable completing order and filling out profile a cc info before eating. The Order of dishes came out a little weird. Food was very good! There was only one server on staff so our food sat in the window for a bit before we got it. They stopped offering coffee at brunch but were ok with us bringing in coffee from BSC next door.

   I came down to Denver to take my son out and actually chose STEM because of their special glass offer. When we got there it took 45 minutes to even get a drink, then they said sorry, we're all out of the glasses. Disappointing.

   Stem has some great cider and food. Unfortunately, the service was lacking. Our server did not check in with us much, and it took about 45 minutes to get our food order in. All was fine because we were enjoying ourselves. Food came, it was great, nothing was cleared from our table as we finished for at least 30 minutes. We actually started clearing it ourselves because we wanted to order the donuts! Our waiter comes over and tells us the next reservation is here and they need the table. We were all confused because not once did we get the impression that we were over staying or the staff was rushing. We said we wanted to order dessert, so he put it in. The manger then came over and said our dessert was getting packed to go because they needed the table. She handed free drink coupons and apologized. It was just strange and uncomfortable. And why the free drink coupons? That means we need to come back. Just comp the drinks on our $260 bill. The whole situation could have been handled more professionally.
