Great atmosphere, table was ready and decorated. I was accommodated with pleasure for my large party of 7. The staff was very helpful with the menu, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we wanted even if the bar itself didn’t offer it. I never felt rushed to order nor to leave. This was my first time at Stella’s and will definitely be back for a more intimate experience!

I’m not sure if they are understaffed or just poorly run. It took us 45 minutes to get our drinks and then 45 more minutes to get our food (charcuterie- no cooking involved). Tables that arrived well after us were tended to before our table. Valet (not complimentary) took 30 minutes to retrieve our car. To get through the restrooms we had to walk through a wedding reception, which was very awkward. Overall, the ambience was nice and the live music was nice but the service was just very poor.

An excellent 'wine by the glass' program with a number of high-end wine, which are not usually offered by the glass. A nice selection for charcuterie- and cheese-boards with a lot of flexibility. Also flat bread and slides.

I visited Stella’s to celebrate a birthday. I’m not much of a wine drinker so I asked our waiter for suggestions and everything was very good. I ordered the slider trio (chicken, crab cake, burger) and truffle fries. Overall, the food was good. The fries were cooked a little too hard for my liking but I did not send them back. The wait staff was VERY attentive which I liked. We sat on the patio and the ambience was great. A complimentary glass of wine or a dessert would’ve been nice for the birthday, but it’s all good. I would visit Stella’s again.

We participated in Tuesday ‘wine games’ where we learned how to do a blind taste and guess (with some amount of accuracy) what type of wine we were tasting. A lot of fun and educational!

You can actually have a conversation and be heard without having to fight the ambient noise. Service is IMPECCABLE and the food is SCRUMPTIOUS whether it’s a charcuterie board, melt-in-your-mouth sashimi, to-die-for Branzino or the always perfect steak. It’s our go-to place when we want to enjoy food, ambiance AND THE PEOPLE we are with.

My husband and I visited Stella’s a few weeks back for wine and snacks. We had a lovely charcuterie board with all sorts of cheeses, meats, nuts, dried fruit, and spreads. It was huge so we didn’t finish. We sat on the outdoor patio, which under normal circumstances would’ve been really hot, but they had air conditioning positioned from inside the building, which made it very comfortable. Overall, I think it’s very nice spot to have a romantic bite with your partner or an intimate place to catch up with a good friend.

Stella’s is an absolute treat for wine lovers of all walks of life. We were attended by a sommelier named Jay who made a blind tasting of a sparkling and mixed flight exciting and educational. The charcuterie was reasonably sized and filled well with delicious snacks. I’m looking forward to future visits and was pleased that it wasn’t too busy when we visited.

Elena is very professional and knowledgeable on every level. She was the reason for our second visit and definitely, after the second visit, Stella's is now on our permanent list for a night out. Outstanding service from Elena and thank you Oscar! Gene& Sladjana Blythe.

Great evening- staff were great, food was excellent, we couldn’t even finish the $35 cheese + meat board it was so much. French Grenache was excellent and reasonably priced. Would 100% eat here again.

I dined here for Valentine’s day. My date and I were greeted and given a glass of wine each and asked for some more time to decide on food. We did not see our server again for the rest of the evening. 45 minutes later when my glass was empty, a different server got me another glass of wine. A third server came over after I finished my second glass of wine and we had just decided to eat food elsewhere since we were not getting any quality service. It seemed that other tables were well attended to, so we thought they forgot about our table but we did not ever get an apology or explanation for the miscommunication that occurred except for them saying that they were busy. The food looked really good though and we were excited to try it.

I celebrated my Birthday at Stella’s and it was the perfect picturesque, lovely wine bar. Ambience is really what makes this lounge a perfect spot. They accommodated our large party and we all shared a few cheese boards and lite bites. Their cheese selection is impressive and they have the cutest Champagne flight for those that just want a tasting. Loved celebrating my birthday here and the fact there is valet or a self parking lot is nice.

They have a great selection of wine, meats and cheeses. We got the medium board but for two people, the small is more than enough. The place was very small inside and intimate but it was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Our servers were amazing! If you have the chance to check it out, I definitely recommend.

Very nice wine bar located at ground level below the post oak hotel in houston. Small compact space, not a lot of seeting options when we first arrived (with reservations). Cheese tray was excellent, service was a little alow at first, great choice of wines. It had been raining so the outside area was leaking water on several tables. Did not effect us but several parties had to move tables several times. Overall, nice place and would go again, just bad luck with the rain.
