Extremely noisy but good service. Food was unique but the rub on the beef overwhelmed the meat. The minimum size for beef serving was 16 oz. No vegetables served on the side with the mains. Good appetizers.

Did not open on time, so they were late seating us. We did not think several of the dishes were good. And they ask us to leave, due to other guests waiting. It was not unreasonable, but they should have told us that there was a time limit ahead of time. Especially since they were late seating us. Poor value for the cost, and overall disappointing experience given the publicity the hotel has received.

Bread, carrots, mushrooms, asparagus, porkchop, bison, 3 drinks, chocolate chip cookies. Asparagus was a bit thin, chocolate chip cookies were average. I had hoped for a much better dessert menu. Other than those 2 items the food was terrific! They do need to find serveware that keeps the food hot, or maybe covers. The cocktails are over priced but tasty. The view was great, and we really enjoyed the whole experience inside and out, from the folks at valet, concierge and staff.

The food was excellent! Hamachi Crudo is definitely overpriced for the portion but everything else we had was wonderful and service was great. Our biggest issue was the ambience. There are nearly zero sound absorbing surfaces and even the decorative ceiling fixtures are curved metal plates which means all the noise is bounced directly back at diners and it is SO loud. If you want a nice and quiet dinner, it simply will not happen here. The noise made it feel like a rowdy bar and we were having to use very elevated voice levels just to hold a conversation at our table. We wouldn’t dine here again unless the noise issue is fixed, that’s how bad it is.

Awesome experience. I've been twice in 3 days. Not only is the food tasty, but the service is truly a something you need to experience. If you have the opportunity, sit at the bar. Alex and Austin go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of, and you can tell they are passionate about doing their job. The best drinks I've had in Denver. Definitely recommend going if you're in the downtown Denver area.
