   The worst experience we had since years. Place is so noisy that is more like a club than a restaurant and you can barely hear what the people say to you. Tables are so close from each other it is really inconfortable. Service is terrible and it seem you ennoy your waiter (in fact no: we annoyed him as we were hesitating betweeb to main courses he was rolling his eyes…). Pastas are very average and we came on the Michelin promesse about « Su Filindeu is an impressive pasta dish with hand-stretched noodles cooked in bone broth accompanied by braised lamb neck and pecorino dolce » but pastas were uncooked, the booth tasteless and no interest at all. And we visit more than a 100 recommandes Michelin restaurants a year as travelling for business. I really do not know what the inspectors found there and I really suspect an « abnormal » review from Michelin. The positives were the sommelier who was very kind and pro, and the fishes. Prices would have been ok if the service, the taste and the ambiance would have been there but no: just a Beverley Hills rip off. Please avoid except if you want to be seen there.

   Rarely have I had such a bad experience in any restaurant An hour to get drinks Noise level was off the charts Serviced a disaster. They said it’s family style which is nonsense. Dishes are normal size. They say this Because they can’t get the courses right and they came randomly after 90 minutes. Food quality was spectacular when it opened. But now as popular was horrendous. Fish was a thin crispy overcooked actually bad fish. Smelly. And mealy texture. Pastas are quite good crafted and fresh homemade. but came cold. And they got one off them wrong dish. Racially a disorganized mess. This is a place that has a spectacular food concept when executed calmly and when not busy. they have a lot to figure out to become a staple in the high end scene. Considering prices are off the charts $40 for pastas and then some for steaks and such, they can’t have any excuses.

   We had heard so much about this restaurant that I decided to make it a “date night” for my partner and I. We arrived on time. The hostess was beautiful and friendly. They sat us at the Chefs counter as requested. We got our water right away. After that the experience left a lot to be desired. From the moment we ordered our cocktails it took 15 minutes. Then the bread arrived and it was very dry. The Chef walked by several times and unlike other Chefs that engage you he looked at us and kept working. It took 60 minutes before we received our first course: a salad. It took another 30 before we received the steak and squash vine. Champagne could have been colder. The experience was over 2 hours and the services was very lacking. I got up at one point to order more water. Had the service been better the bar tab could easily had tripled and we would have ordered dessert. Too bad. Back to Bianca and Capo when I want food Italian food in LA.

   I’ve had the pleasure multiple times to visit however accompanying guests whom are Italian changed my experience. The food selection was outstanding, sommelier was spot on with his recommendations as well. Food was exceptional this time. Great seating, could not have been more pleased.

   I usually dine at Cipriani, Tower Bar, Nobu Malibu, Milano, Catch Steak, and Polo Lounge, but I found the food here to be overpriced. The pasta was too al dente and overly salty—I woke up twice just to drink water. Our table was uncomfortably close to the restroom, which made for a busy and unpleasant dining experience. A table should not be placed in such a high-traffic area. The valet parking was also inconvenient. Most places charge around $20, even Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills is $14, but here, you have to pick up your car from a building ramp exit, which felt unnecessary. The drinks were disappointing—my Singapore Sling had no alcohol and tasted like watered-down lemon soda. Overall, I expected a more enjoyable experience. The waiter seemed overwhelmed with too many tables, and we had to remind them to remove our empty plates after the salad.

    Service was horrible. Staff didn’t check on us once for over an hour and never asked if we wanted any additional drinks.
