Open for lunch (two courses/$65), brunch (three courses/$98), and dinner (three courses/$125), Spruce offers seasonal prix-fixe menus crafted by Chef Mark Sullivan. Each menu offers a wide range of options, as well as luxurious additions (examples: caviar, truffles) for supplemental prices. Our cuisines is complemented by an extensive wine list which holds "Wine Spectator" magazine's highest honor, a Grand Award.     Amazing restaurant. This was my second visit. Delicious and creative food. Service was impeccable. The room was a little loud, but everything was outstanding.

    Spruce was disappointing for several reasons: 1) two of the entrees (salmon and steak) were not available at 7:45pm. Given that it's an expensive prefix menu with a limited number of choices, we were forced to settle for entrees that were not our top choices. 2) Some of the plates & glasses smelled of poultry / egg. Once again, a bad experience when you lift up a $50 glass of wine and the glass smells of raw egg. The staff tried to make it up to us with their politeness, but none of them were really empowered to make a real difference. After spending over $200 per person, this was clearly a very poor return on investment!

    The atmosphere was fancy but not pretentious. Service was excellent and friendly. I like the menu which is prix fixe but with some control. Each of the 3 courses gives the patron choices. The food was beautiful, creative, very flavorful and fun. The additions of caviar and a cheese plate makes the experience complete and satisfying. The sommelier was very friendly and helpful. And it was a pleasure to talk with them and come to some excellent choices for the meal, considering the variety of food ordered at our table of four. Highly recommend.

    Music was louder than usual. My guest and I had to raise our voices to hear each other. Food and service were excellent. Our server was polished and had the warmest energy. Tyler, I recall.

    Portions are too small, supplement dishes are not worth it, even various mignardise at the end of the meal are one per person, instead of two, so you can’t even share.

    Wonderful food and service was excellent and attentive. They took special care to help us celebrate our anniversary. Highly recommend the restaurant. The decor is very beautiful and the lighting is perfect. The sound system is professional and you can tell by the quality. Good music selection. Everything was made perfectly with enhanced flavors. I’m looking forward to returning.

    Love the place. Highly recommend it. Three of us dined there and we ordered different appetizers as well as the main course and all of them were very good. Lovely desserts too.
