Spoon & Key Market is a multi concept restaurant with ocean views.
We offer Breakfast, Lunch, and Grab n go items daily from 8:00am - 3:30pm, including Illy coffee, house baked goods and a full wine/bar list.
On Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, we pause our lunch service at 3:30pm and resume at 4:30pm for Sunset Dinner Service.
On Fridays and Saturdays evenings, we offer a Chef Tasting Menu in addition to our A La Carte dinner menu
Both reservations and walk-ins are welcome for dinner. No reservations needed for daytime.

Food was either exceptional or just meh, the service was brilliant and attentive. Drinks so-so, the biggest ask would be to fix the noise with some baffling or sound panels. It was incredibly loud and the noise bounced around the room to the point of annoying. Server was brilliant and kept us informed and was there when we needed her. Price for what we ate and drank was, shall we say, Maui-priced. 4 dishes (total) + 6 drinks = over 330 with tip. Fritters - miss (being generous), ragu - hit, snapper - exceptional dish (simplified a little and it would be perfection, just the tiniest bit busy on the palate), chocolate cake - meh, gelato - whoah! We’d come back and try breakfast or lunch (and eat our weight in ice cream), dinner is TBD right now.

Great meals, service and view. Absolutely amazing restaurant. Enjoyed both lunch and dinner, which provided wonderful dining experiences. Lunch items: BLT, Avo Toast and Triple Cheese Sandi The sourdough bread is amazing!! Dinner items: Wagyu burger and pasta The ingredients, flavors and presentation were perfect Big fan of the restaurant and highly recommend!!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at Spoon and Key and were treated to our best dining experience on Maui! We shared the prix fixe menu and were delighted with every course! The staff and chef were wonderful and thoughtful. They even played our wedding song when desert was brought out, much to my husband’s surprise! We cannot wait to come back! Thank you for helping us celebrate our special day 🥂

Appetizers were good. Fish entrée overcooked. Duck seared to the point that I couldn’t cut it with a steak knife. Wait staff, on the other hand was excellent.

A foodie's oasis. Every bite of the prix fixe menu is a delight, with equally impressive options for breakfast and lunch. Serious flavors with a friendly and welcoming staff. Make a point to make multiple visits on each trip to Maui.

I appreciated other Opentable diners reviews so much that i canceled our Nobu reservation and booked here. AND i am so glad i did. Everything was fantastic and the star of the night was the food! Our server, Catherine, was excellent and she suggested that it was possible to share the tasing menu. Well that was a game changer. I dont typically need that much food but for the 2 of us it was absolutely perfect. Each course was better than the last. And we got to sample the best of the chef's creations. They were open to make some slight modifications and we couldnt have been more thrilled with the entire dining experience. Dont miss this place when you are in Maui!!

I love Spoon and Key as a new addition to the Wailea area. The fish dishes for dinner are great (we have not done lunch). Tasting menu is a great first way to learn what you like here. But it is a lot of food. Husband did steak that was quite expensive on a later visit (after our visit when we tried the tasting menu). He was not impressed. But other dishes were innovative and very good. Banana choc chip bread to go for the next morning is a winner. Preferred cocktails to the wine list. Service is incredibly good.
