    Spinasse focuses on northern Italian cuisine of the Piedmont region of Italy, think between Milan and the French border. The flavors were fresh, rich and creatively presented. It is on the pricey side, but perfect for our special occasion. I highly recommend it.

    Found it to be overly pretentious -wont seat until the second person is here, order all food at once, etc etc. Okayish food. Dessert was good. Got seated in the middle with servers and guests constantly zooming by. Not for me!

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Perfect Meal and Memory at Spinasse I cannot say enough good things about our recent dinner last Sunday at Spinasse in Seattle. I took my father here for a long overdue reunion after a few years apart, and the entire evening was nothing short of perfect. We each ordered the tajarin with beef and pork ragu, and I swear—it melted in your mouth. The pasta was impossibly delicate, clearly handmade with love and skill, and the ragu was rich, tender, and deeply flavorful. Every bite was pure comfort. We also enjoyed a crisp Barbera wine that paired beautifully with the meal, along with a few standout small plates: a refreshing cucumber and feta salad and an absolutely dreamy zucchini with gorgonzola that I’m still thinking about. To top it all off, the kitchen sent out these little crostini with anchovy and butter—simple but unforgettable. That butter alone deserves its own love letter! The service was flawless—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without being overbearing. The atmosphere was intimate yet lively, perfect for reconnecting with someone special. It felt both elegant and deeply comforting at the same time. Spinasse made our evening feel like a celebration. A beautiful meal, a beautiful setting, and a moment I’ll remember forever. Thank you to the entire team for making it all so special. We’ll be back!

    Every dish we shared at Spinasse was exceptional. And Adam, our server was knowledgeable and helpful. Even the matre ‘d went above and beyond to answer questions for us. A perfect experince!

    My boss was visiting from out of state and I wanted to share Spinasse with him. He loved it. The evening was exactly what I was hoping for. Eric (our server) was exceptional and assisted us and informed us of the menu and approaches to wine, dessert, etc ... Spinasse, once again you have exceeded expectations.
