    First time and went for the tasting menu. Starters and pasta dishes were phenomenal, secondi offerings, good but do not live up to pasta offerings. Will definitely go back but will stick to starters and pasta. Little pet peeve, if selecting the tasting menu, include a dessert!

    We finally found a great Italian restaurant in Seattle. Piemontese food and great wine list from that region.

    Spinasse is simply an exceptional dining experience. Having spent time in Piedmont Italy, we are quite familiar with the cuisine and wines of the region. Spinasse takes us back every time. The food is fantastic, equally excellently prepared and plated as well as unpretentious. The wait staff know how great the food is and how well the wine goes with it but they do not condescend or push it on you. They allow you to make the decisions and then prepare to dazzle you with what you asked for. I love that they only have wines from Piedmont, embrace it, the wines go with the food like your hand in your favorite glove. I heard the table next to us looking for Willamette Pinot and Napa Cab. The waiter patiently explained the restaurant concept and before you knew it the entire table was busy enjoying wines from Piedmont including Barbera and Nebbiolo grapes. If you go, you will not be disappointed.

    Amazing. The fact they offer half portions of the pasta was a game changer! We tried them all, the best being the ragu. Don’t skip it. You will regret it! Our entire experience was wonderful.

    The host was extremely helpful and kind. Our server was warm and knowledgeable. Everyone else we interacted with was great. The food was exceptional. My partner and I both left saying we would come back to Seattle just to return to this restaurant. It was a perfect evening.

    This is a must stop if you love Italian food and coming to visit Seattle. Great service and quality of food is supreme. 10 out of 10 !

    Phenomenal service and food. Simple dishes showcasing top quality ingredients and refined skill from the kitchen. Front of house is knowledgeable about the overall cuisine and specific details of every dish. One of the best dining out experiences I’ve had in a while. Excellent meal, thank you!
