   I’ve been eating at Spinasse since 2007 and meals like last night are the reason why. Impeccable service, fantastic tajarin with butter and sage (a religion unto itself), delicious cocktails, and an unparalleled ambience.

   Excellent! Both the food and the service were excellent. The waiter really knew wines and that was an added plus.

   Spinassi is such a lovely, beautiful experience in every way. I have never not enjoyed every moment of my experiences in Spinassi over the years, as do the guest I have taken here over the years…Thank you to everyone that made our evening so special.

   What an incredible evening! From the top notch, thoughtful service to the outstanding food, we had a fantastic evening celebrating my mom’s birthday. The Spinasse team went above and beyond to make our evening so special!

   The event was very interesting and overall a good experience for us. We had no issue with the family-style setting. However, some guests were uncomfortable sharing dishes placed near them, even when there were leftovers. This was partly due to the servers not distributing the dishes evenly across the long table that seated 16 people. Such oversight was unexpected from a high-end restaurant. Additionally, the food quality did not meet the standards of a four- or five-star ($$$$) establishment. The flavors and presentation were more in line with a mid-range ($$) restaurant, making it feel overpriced for what was offered. By comparison, we dined at Canlis the following day—a true five-star ($$$$) restaurant—and experienced a significantly higher level of service and culinary quality for only a slightly higher price than what we paid at Spinasse.
