Son'z Steakhouse at the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa boasts breathtaking views of cascading waterfalls, a lushly lit lagoon, and Maui sunsets.

Our diverse menu features freshly caught local fish only 100% USDA-certified Prime beef, known for its superior flavor and tenderness. Our bone-in ribeye, New York strip, and tomahawk steaks are dry-aged in-house, and all our steaks are marinated in olive oil and fresh herbs, hand-rubbed in Hawaiian salt and fresh cracked pepper, broiled to perfection, and finished with herb-infused Maître d'Hôtel butter.

If you are gluten free I would Not recommend this place, I got all gluten free free options and had a terrible stomach ache all not long for our 10 wedding anniversary, my husband wasn’t impressed with his food either

However, the minute our food arrived, We were squatting flies the whole time which made our dinner very un enjoyable, and we could not wait to get out of there. It is a shame that such a beautiful opportunity turned into such an unpleasant experience.

It was on par with most pre breaded frozen squid products. Everything else food related was very good. Service was slow. Guessing the restaurant was understaffed.

So issue is more of a kitchen operations issue…

                                                                          We waiting about 8-10 minutes to be greeted at the hostess check in. From there the service, food. And ambience was average at best. No warmth or connection with server. They were not rude, just not warm and welcoming. This use to be a highly rated Zagat’s restaurant before Covid. Blah
