   This was my husband and I first time trying the restaurant and everything was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back to try more food items for lunch and dinner.

   No experience. Had a reservation for 7:45 and they couldn’t find it. Then told us it would be hour wait. Left and ate at southern pearl, great food and great atmosphere.

   We sat at the bar and had a delicious brunch. We tried several menu items including the Crab and Brie Grilled Cheese, The Boudin Benedict and Pancakes with fruit. Everything we had was fantastic. We really enjoyed the meal and would revisit for brunch.

   It was a madhouse! Best item we ordered was the cauliflower appetizer. The staff was overwhelmed and our gal was keeping good spirit despite that and food came out quick . Complimentary pork rinds and cotton candy was fun.

   The restaurant has a nice vibe, but we had the slowest and most inattentive waitress. The others around seemed better. We sat there for almost 30 minutes after we were done trying to get her to bring our check. The food came out quick so it wasn’t the food service it was just our waitress.

   There was a large air conditioner pipe or vent above our table along the window. It began dripping on us toward the end of our meal. I had to ask for a to go plate because I was concerned that my food was going to get water dripped into it.

   Unfortunately not a great experience. We arrived reruns 1:30 and didn’t walk out until til almost 4. The good way good but overall VERY slow and unresponsive. They seemed to be more concerned to catering to large parties of color than small tables of 7. In addition they applied a mandatory 20% tip for doing basically nothing.

    We went for the lobster fest menu and happy hour. One of us tried the lobster flatbread appetizer and the other had the lobster ravioli. Both were very tasty but the flatbread we thought was the best. The second course was a salad and it was huge. The third course one of us tried the lobster cannelloni and the other had the lobster knuckle sandwich with fries. Both entries were delicious. Olivia was our server and she did a great job taking care of us. Nice atmosphere. Definitely recommend this restaurant!
