   What a great meal at Slope room as Our friends chose this spot for her birthday and they absolutely crushed it! Charlie navigated is through their new summer menu and Dusan was able to make a some NA cocktails for the birthday girl whose doesn’t drink! We ordered the hamachi crudo, pork belly with watermelon & the yuzu prawn cocktail as appetizers. The chicken with ricotta gnocchi, trout with crab noisette butter, summer corn agnolotti and an in incredible colorado wagyu strip were our main course. Sides we tried the asparagus and mushrooms with miso truffle vinaigrette, grilled zucchini, and chili glazed sweet potatoes, all amazing. Desserts were magnificent especially the strawberry rhubarb cheesecake with chamomile! Such a great birthday dinner .

   This is fine dining in a relaxed, lively atmosphere. The drinks were creative and poured perfectly. The food was delicious, Presented as an artist would present a painting. The flavors were executed with perfection. One could make a meal of several starters, but then you’d miss the entrees which were superb.

   Fun spot - though rather noisy - with plenty of skiers just back off the slopes. Ilyian was a very friendly, efficient server. Food was rather a miss with the exception of a very good winter squash soup as a starter. Filet mignon was tasteless, “home made” fries were dry .They looked as if they came out a freezer pack. Salad - described as “shaved greens” similarly looked from pre prepared bag with a couple of cherry tomatoes added. Not great value….overpriced

   Food was the best in flavor! However portions of ribs and steak are small and side dishes are a must to leave content. If they provided at least 2 servings of ptotoes w beef rib the plate would be perfect for 48 do,Lars. Great food

    The food was outstanding but the ventilation was terrible - we all came away smelling like we had been standing over a smokey grille. we all needed to dry clean our clothes to get to smell out. The food & staff were amazing, tho.

    We had exceptional food. The pork chop in particular and the Bussels that came with were just lovely. Such fun cocktails and very nice by the glass wine selection--everyone got just what they wanted. Our waiter, Alex, was so helpful and attentive. Hadn't seen our kids in a while so quieter noise level was great for conversation. Just an enjoyable experience.

    The restaurant had a charming ambiance and I was eager to try their highly sought after 21-day dry aged bison ribeye. Unfortunately, it was sold out when I arrived, so I opted for the grass-fed ribeye which was tasty. However, my children's order from the kids menu - chicken breast with vegetables. This was a disappointment as both the chicken and the carrots were burnt to a crisp. Although the waiter mentioned this was the norm, my kids refused to eat it. The table beside us ordered the wagyu hot stone, but when they placed the meat on the stone, it immediately produced smoke which filled the room causing the table behind us to cough. To our surprise, the manager was reluctant to acknowledge the issue, citing that they sold the hot stone dish all day without complaint. Eventually, the manager did open the windows to let fresh air in, but this experience overall was not enjoyable.

    Waiter and staff were great. Food was proportioned well and presentation was good. The mezcal coffee drink was fantastic- i chose the mixed drink because their beer selection was not great. The 2-top table we were placed was a little strange.

    Very charming and well run restaurant. The service staff are knowledgeable and experienced. Mangers are supportive to the staff and insure a great dining experience for all guest. For vail it’s the only true “dining” experience we had while there. All the other places were just places to eat compared to the Slope Room!

    The Wagyu hot stone was outstanding 10/10, and everything else we tried was top notch. You could taste how fresh the ingredients were in each dish. Drinks were good and the service was even better.
