   Our service sucked, waitress came to take our order and only took mine and walked away. We had to ask her to come back to take my boyfriends order. Had to ask the busser to get our waitress so we could get refills on our waters/alcoholic drinks. Sent the mai tai back because it tasted like syrup. The fried pickles were some of the best ive had, nachos were stale and cold, and fish tacos were blah, I do have to say this place has a COOL vibe and its unfortunate that their service and food and below average otherwise it would be the place to be!

   First time to Skybox had a great waitress who took great care of us. The food was descent and the drinks were good.

   if you're looking for a place to relax, grab a drink and enjoy a game, this place checks all the boxes. Great service too.

   Was so disappointed that it says Tap House in the name and they were out of many different beers. We went out to order pizza and they were out. Someone ordered the wrong sauce or something then a table that came 20 minutes later was able to get a pizza. I realize that it was the servers first few nights but drinks took a long time to the point that other servers finally brought it to us. Seemed like it was or could be a really cool place but needs some serious help. We ordered the sample appetizer platter and it was pretty good.

   The restaurant refused to honor our reservation claiming they don’t take reservations. The hostess said she “didn’t know why Open Table was still taking them” and that she had informed her manager several hours earlier that people were arriving for reservations, but her manager was unconcerned with turning the reservations off. Management was content with turning people away instead of trying to make it right. They informed us they were fully booked yet there were open tables inside and out.

   We went for the NFL games on Sunday. We had a reservation at 10:00 am,. The resturant was already very crowded. No fault to the waitress they are really under staffed . It took 2 quarters and multiple request to get the game we requested on- and at this time there were only 3 NFL games on. The food was ok, sliders were really dry. I would probably look for other options to watch sports events if there are any.

   We've gone to Skybox Taphouse many times over these past few years. They used to tout themselves as having the "best Italian food in Waikiki" (or words to that effect). We were dismayed to see that they've changes their entire menu. No more meatball sandwiches or prosciutto & arugula pizzas. And, if you'd rather have a glass of wine instead of a beer ~ forget it! I used to be able to get a glass of Mondavi chardonnay. Well, now, they have a "house white" or a "house red." No proper wine glasses at all. And, the white was sweet, sweet, sweet. Service was friendly, attentive & fine. Our sandwiches & fries were OK. But, we went elsewhere for coffee and dessert. We know it's a "sports bar" and didn't expect a "fine dining" experience whenever we've gone there. But, this was sub-par, in our humble opinions.

    Worst meal we’ve had after 14 days in the islands. The food was actually okay, but the service, noise level and vibe was very disappointing. We were pretty sure our server was “high” on something. The servers were dressed in ridiculous skirts and “wife beater” t-shirts…giving a truly classless feel…the bartenders looked like the just walked in off the street. Our meals came out 5 min apart and only after we had to flag down our waitress to inquire on my wife’s meal. When my daughter asked for a side of ranch we were informed it would be $2.00. The noise level issue wasn’t from the multiple TVs playing sports but the loud bartenders bantering with guys sitting at the bar. This restaurant is located on the heart of the International Marketplace on Waikiki. It has to be one of the most high rent locations on the planet and this was one of the most low rent experiences I’ve had in a long time.
