Drawing inspiration from the diverse cuisines & cultures of the Middle East, Meditteranean, and across North Africa, Shaya has set the benchmark for contemporary Mediterranean cuisine by honoring the age-old culinary traditions of the people who invented hospitality as we know it.     We try to go to Shaya literally every time we go to NOLA, and it never disappoints. Sometimes it seems a little out of place to go to NOLA and eat at an Israeli restaurant when there are so many options, but it is just that good. Love the food, love the drinks, just a great place to go!
