Originally inspired by the many amazing meals with family and dear friends throughout the Middle East, Shaya has been a trailblazer in modern Levantine cuisine. Drawing inspiration from the diverse cuisines & cultures of the Middle East, Meditteranean, and across North Africa, Shaya has set the benchmark for contemporary Mediterranean cuisine by honoring the age-old culinary traditions of the people who invented hospitality as we know it.     Great space w/ excellent vibe, however, it is very loud. So if that bothers you, I don’t recommend it. Cocktails and wine list were excellent, bartender was lovely but the service at our table was abrupt and not very friendly. The waiter remarked that they were short staffed. The bread was delicious as well as all the small plates, salads and entrees we ordered. Fabulous food! There were 8 of us so we tried just about everything. Definitely go back and hope the service improves.

    Shaya never fails to impress. I brought my niece in from Houston and she was blown away. The lamb kofte kabob might be my fave- so good! The service is on point, with many servers dropping off bread and bringing new dishes. I can’t wait until my next visit!
