We dined at Shanahan's to celebrate our anniversary, and it was delightful! Our server, Marissa was wonderful- she took great care of us and made our dinner feel extra special!
A/c was not properly functioning☹️
We had the most romantic dinner! What a fabulous way to celebrate our 6 year anniversary. Service was fantastic! Thank you for giving us a night to remember
All 4 of our steaks were cooked to perfection. Our waitress was excellent and made our special occasion more enjoyable. Shanahan’s is always our first choice for special occasions.
Lyle and Mary
First time at Shanahan’s and it was a wonderful experience. The food and our server John were amazing. We will be back!
Without question, Shanahan's is the best steak-house in the Denver metro area. superb cuisine and exquisite service & the sommelier always is able to locate an interesting re (merit) blend.
So much fun, thank-you Shanahan's...
Staff were friendly and personable, service was leisurely and not rushed, food presentation was original and creative, and food taste and flavor were exceptional. Brief interactions with our server and sommelier indicated excellent staff morale, commitment to customer service and pride in their work.
Food is always top notch & done to perfection. All the staff always goes over the top to please. Sunday $59 special menu is hard to beat.
great food and service always top notch
love taking home leftovers from Shanahans
Shanahans never disappoints. We had reservations for out side dining-hail storm took care of that. we were seated indoors and had a great waiter. Food was very good and so were the leftovers today. Special place. GG
Disappointing...Not the best experience for a restaurant that we normally love. We were seated on the patio during a monsoon. I assumed we would have been reseated inside due to the unexpected storm and asked the hostess. She just shrugged and apologized as she lead us through a maze of leaky tents. The storm was so loud that we couldn't hear each other talk. At one point, rain was hitting my shoulder and my feet were sitting in water. Our server never offered to move us inside. When our server got more tables, he disappeared. When a manager came by, he did get me a baked potato because the mashed potatoes had several peelings in them, which is not something that I personally like. At dessert time, the rain finally stopped. The server brought the desserts and never even asked us if we wanted coffee, just like we were on some assembly line. I am not sure we will be returning as there are other good steakhouses in DTC. The reason you go to a nice steakhouse is for the experience which was definitely missing on this trip.
Great food, great ambiance and great service
What an outstanding evening! It was our 64th wedding anniversary that began with rose petals on the table and throughout the evening members of the staff from the one pouring water to the general manager came by to wish us "Happy Anniversary". The food was outstanding and the wine was very special. The shrimp appetizer, the Shanahan salad, the halibut, the petite filet, and "light and refreshing" lemon dessert meant we had a fun, delightful delicious evening. You spoiled us and we loved it!
Server spent a good part of the evening chatting with friends at a nearby table and neglecting to check in.
Server Luis was rude and corrected my pronunciation every time I placed an order on the menu
We went to Shanahan's to celebrate our son's graduation from DU. It was a special night and Shanahan's did not disappoint. The food was excellent, but what made it extra special was the service our server, Adam, provided. He was just very patient with all the questions I had due to my allergies, very attentive and surprised our son with a treat at the end of dinner. It was just a nice little surprise. And btw, we were at another steakhouse a week ago and there's just no comparison. Thank you.
Was disappointed with our first time at Shanahan’s. My husband and I were celebrating our Anniversary. We were seated right away but we’re out all the way outside in the tent. The inside looked so nice also the outdoor patio. As we passed all that we ended at a table with tiny chairs that were worse than lawn chairs! I felt like a third class citizen, which I guess I was. I would suggest they not even have the tent area. I understand it makes them more money but the ambience is horrible! Will not be going there again. Elway’s is better! So disappointed!
Always fabulous.. had the 12 oz filet and it was perfectly prepared.. The Ahi tuna entree is amazing as well...Don't miss the crab cake and the sourdough bread is delish
Everyone was very friendly and the food was amazing.
Shanahan's was top notch. Wait staff was stellar, food was delicious, manager was inquisitive and friendly.....was a wonderful meal. Lots of teamwork and varying staff members close by to serve us. An overall enjoyable experience.
We had guests in from out of town and celebrated my husband’s and sister-in-law’s birthdays. Our service was great, and the food was outstanding. This is a first-rate restaurant.
I love this place. I go often with friends and family. This time the salmon was awful. I have never been disappointed with the food before but I was bummed. Otherwise, as usual, the service etc is exceptional!!
Very crowded which made the noise level obnoxious and unenjoyable. Certainly was a bit too pretentious. Great steak!
Can't beat Shanahans for a special occasion celebration. They do everything possible to make it perfect.
Rich was the best server! His knowledge and explanation to their steaks were phenomenal..his recommendations were exact to his description, it was beyond delicious! The Twomey wine,..Great!
10/10 on everything
We had a lovely anniversary dinner! Can’t wait to return!
Steaks were cooked perfectly
No question it is a very good steakhouse. However, years ago it was a special experience but this time was just a very good steakhouse. Might be too crowded and too noisy to have a special experience. Pricey as expected. Not certain why one needs to sell a one pound baked potato. Brussel sprouts excellent BTW.
We had an amazing dinner for clients. The scallops were exceptional as was the beef carpaccio appetizer.
Service and food were excellent as usual! A little backup at the hostess counter at 5:20 when we arrived, maybe a few new employees....but courteous and professional.
Food was superb and wait staff is attentive and had fun with them too. Never had a bad meal there EVER!!
It was very good but the music was a little loud and distracting.
Mom and I were dissatisfied with food and cocktails. Used to better execution at this price point. Esther was amazing and saved the experience from being completely negative.
Not the same experience of times past
Great food! Great service! We enjoyed our Anniversary dinner!
Seasoning was a little off but other than that, no issues. Customer service was great! They offered to fix issues but not really a need but just knowing the customer experience meant a lot was enough for me.
This was possibly a once in a lifetime experience and we enjoyed every second of it! The food was amazing, restaurant was charming and our waiter was knowledgeable, fun and really made our dinner a great event!
Esther was an amazing waitress! I can honestly say she is one of the best waitresses we have had at any restaurant!
It was such a stunning time.
The service was great
