I had a baby shower afternoon tea and it was so lovely to be tucked away in a pod. It was quiet and secluded. The food was lovely and a nice selection of teas. The table was a bit late to be ready, and service for second round of teas a bit slow once the food came out. Otherwise it was a lovely day and really enjoyable experience.

Disappointed by the experience We visited for a bridal shower and were really looking forward to a special afternoon, but unfortunately the service let it down. We were a group of 8 and felt completely overlooked – no one came to check on us during the tea, ask if we wanted to change teas, or see if everything was okay. As a vegan, I was especially disappointed. I wasn’t offered any extra sandwiches, even though others in the group were given refills. For the price and occasion, the lack of attention and basic courtesy was really disheartening. It’s a lovely setting, but sadly the service didn’t match – especially when hosting a special celebration. Wouldn’t return or recommend for a group event.

We were not quite understand how to order drinks with afternoon tea, but the staff was very patience to explain to us and retake our order. Very nice environment, especially with very good ventilation machine inside the dome.

I bought the afternoon tea for my granddaughter and her friend to go to while they are in London since I enjoyed it last year when I was there. However, there was some mess up of the charge paperwork because my granddaughter had to pay for the Tea out of her travel money. I am very upset that it didn't work out the way I wanted. And now I have to figure out how to get money to her for her trip. :-( I am very frustrated.

Abbiamo fatto un afternoon tea nel giardino, all’interno di una delle cupole. Esperienza davvero particolare e molto molto bella soprattutto per la location. Servizio davvero ottimo, personale gentilissimo e premuroso. L’interno semplice ma elegante, sicuramente un ottimo posto per una cena tranquilla, o un afternoon tea. Insieme al tea hanno portato delle mini porzioni di dolcetti e stuzzichini salati. Tutto molto molto buono, si sono preoccupati di eventuali allergie e intolleranze e hanno portato per la mia amica le stesse quantità di cibo ma senza lattosio apposta per lei. Ho dato però 4 stelle al cibo perché avrei apprezzato di più una quantità maggiore di cibi salati. Ma tutto il resto 5 stelle meritatissime. 🤩

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience being seated in an extremely hot dome. There were domes in the shade available but they did not change our seats there even when we asked. When we left there was still a dome empty in the shade. Would have been a nice experience but we had a terrible time in the heat.

Would not recommend. The garden area is nice, but everything else fell flat. This was the one thing I was really looking forward to while in London, and I’ve have had much better tea service in the US. The food was subpar and the service nearly non-existent. For $100 (for two people), you can go to the Ritz (or literally anywhere else) and get a much better experience.

We came for afternoon tea yesterday for my Mum’s 50th birthday celebration. We had quite a large group of 9 people, everyone in the group loved the afternoon tea. The food and service was great! Thank you very much for a memorable afternoon. We will definitely be back!
