they were closed. no notice , no warning . we got there abs were greeted by closed door. their phone is longer in service and the website is down

Went to restaurant it wasn't even open i guessed it been closed since the sink hole. Very disappointed in this restuarant. I have eaten there and had such great experience

Your site is a big sham. Luckily, I phoned Santè beforehand and found the phone line was not in service. I then phoned their adjacent Spa Holtz and learned that the restaurant was still closed because of a giant sinkhole that opened in the street in early June, cutting off access to water supply lines , etc. They are still in process of getting city and health permits in place to re-open. Fortunately, I live in Ottawa and know the area and the owners, so alerted them to this issue. How could you tell me that I had a confirmed reservation in a closed restaurant?

We were celebrating our anniversary, and our server was kind enough to offer us glasses of sparkling wine. We had the 4 course Mediterranean dinner, it was excellent, although to call it Mediterranean would be a stretch.

A nice spot. Easy to access location. Interesting menu, and the presentations were very good. Great flavor. Good variety. Nice staff. Flexible and innovative. Nice satisfying meal. We will return.

I've been to several times over the year, and usually the service is much better. The food is always good, though sometimes the portions are a little lacking, the meat dishes. This time there was a singer and a guitarist, and the closest table was about fourteen people. Not only did they get great service, at the expense of the rest of the but the singer only visited their table between sets, so nobody else had the to buy her cds, which she was autographing.

We told the waitress it was our anniversary and we received a complimentary bubbly with a floating raspberry....it was delicious and very thoughtful! The 5 courses were all very tasty and fun. The only negative, if you will, would be the fact we took the wine pairing but nothing was really explained, it just didn’t feel special. We were expecting to be wowed with the explanation of each wine choice. Other than that, the service was great, it was a wonderful evening.

Le site web mentionne que tous les mercredis il y a des musiciens jazz et malheureusement, ce mercredi, il n'y avait aucun musicien. Lors de la réservation, aucune mention à cet effet et ni sur le site web. Vérifier avant de réserver si vous désirez de la musique live. No musicians and no notice on web site.
