   We were a bit worried because we were celebrating a birthday on Mothers Day and were concerned that the restaurant staff would be exhausted after a busy day. Our entire experience was wonderful and there was no evidence that Mothers Day had priority over us.

   It was perfection, from the Prosecco at the bar, to our wonderful waiter, and delicious lobster rolls! Thank you!

   Holidays are always tough at restaurants but Santa Cafe handled it as best they could. The food was amazing as was the service.

   SantaCafe was as elegant as ever. The food was wonderful, and priced nicely. Highly recommended.

   We love Santa Cafe and have always had a delicious meals & drinks with excellent service and wonderful atmosphere. It was Mothers Day, so it was very full, which we understand. The staff was still friendly and service was very good, but…. Our food came out at different times. We all ate at different times. We ordered 2 chicken thigh meals that were very disappointing, they were dry luke warm. Other than that it was very pleasant. This was a one time experience and we’ll definitely be back.

   I’ve always enjoyed eating here but yesterday was a fail. Requested outdoor for 12:00. Plenty of open tables outside but seated inside. I was in servers path and was bumped multiple times. Ordered burger medium-it was basically raw. Server took away and returned with only the edges cooked more while interior still raw. Also returned cold fries. Cody’s shirt and tie were so dirty it was disgusting and off putting. Gross. I called during their break to speak to manager. Brian wouldn’t come to phone. Will be hard to return.

   It has been a long time since we have had dinner at Santa Café, and the setting outside is always beautiful. The waiter was a little brusque, and when I asked for coffee, he wasn’t sure he could deliver it saying that the machinery wasn’t really working and with tariffs they hadn’t been able to replace parts. Odd. Then, we magically had coffee and refills. So what was that about? Also, the pasta that was listed for Mother’s Day. I’d upped what they were serving. So this was unexpected. Nonetheless, the food was excellent and we enjoyed ourselves. Still a great place to go, but that waiter needs a little bit of customer-service training.

   Still one of the best restaurants in Santa Fe. The service wasn’t too great, but they sort of warned us that they had two large parties in a different part of the restaurant so our food might be a little slow in coming, that’s just not the right message you want to give or get!!
