Under new ownership in the Fall of 2024, the Santa Fe Teahouse & Bistro have reintroduced old classics, such as Eggs & Salmon Benedicts, in addition added new guest favorites, such as a Brussels Sprouts Salad & GF Fried Chicken & Waffles. The updated menu offers a large selection of Gluten Free, Vegetarian, and Vegan options. The Santa Fe Teahouse & Bistro, located on Historic Canyon Road, is the perfect destination for breakfast, brunch or an afternoon cocktail, with live music every Friday-Sunday from 3-5, through Balloon Fiesta, on our large, year round dog friendly patio. Guests will also delight in our new Patio Burger & Bar menus offered every Friday-Sunday 12-5, through Balloon Fiesta, with Wagyu | Wild Game | Beyond | Smash Burgers, Dirty Bird Fried Chicken Sandwiches, Vegan Lettuce Wraps & small bites paired with our amazing Tea Infused Cocktails. Don’t let my 3 for service deter you from going here! Our server just didn’t seem to be attentive or helpful compared to all other staff. Great food! Great place, highly recommend!

Food was great but the service was lacking. Some reason unbeknownst to us our service took over an hour as we watched folks who were seated after us receive service and finish eating before we received our plating. We have dined at the Teahouse many times. I still don’t know why the staff overlooked our plating.

We were seated for our reservation at noon, and were not acknowledged by any service staff for 20 minutes. We placed our order, and did not get our drinks for another 30 minutes. The waitperson’s electronic order-taking device turned out not to deliver our order to the kitchen until we asked what was taking so long. He placed the order again. Food was finally served at 1:15. My BLT was served on very tough, crusty rustic bread that was hard to bite through. Our meal was not comped, but should have been because of a 75 minute delay in being served. It will be a long time before I go back.

The outdoor patio seating was very pretty and relaxing. The wait staff was very attentive and good. We went for breakfast and the food was really tasty and great. We will be back!

Terrible margarita and terrible robois chai latte. Do not get the fried chicken sandwich. It was very very tough.

For over a decade my BFF's and I have been traveling to Santa Fe in June. Our first morning is always breakfast at the Tea House and our visit this week was amazing as ever. We love sitting under the cherry trees in the garden. The selection of teas and lattes are endless, and we each tried something new. I had the lavender matcha latte, a new favorite aside from my usual Cowboy Chai. Thank you for making the first day of our annual tradition so delicious! KS, MC, AK & AM :)
