Centrally located between the West Village and Knox - Henderson areas, Salum is a casual yet elegant and comfortable space composed by Julio Quiñones, one of Dallas’ most progressive young designers. The spacious dining room displays a welcoming palette of brown, green and beige, with a sleek open kitchen as the focal point. Salum combines the intimacy of a neighborhood establishment with the quality of a fine dining restaurant with an atmosphere that is approachable and distinctive yet unpretentious ~ a marriage of vision, passion and skill with the goal of providing its visitors with an extraordinary dining experience.                                         Great dinner at Salum. Abraham Salum is as on-point as ever! Caesar Salad, Duck Confit Cigars (VHR!) Fettucine with Squid Ink. Deconstructed Beef Wellington. All great with a glass of Mt. Eden Chardonnay (RIP Randy Romig), and Montes Alpha Pinot Noir. Than you for the great service, Rachel!

                                        Always an incredible dining experience at Salum. Chef Abraham has set the bar high and delivers on all aspects of the meal. Sazerac, Duck Confit Cigars, Beef Wellington and the salmon- just out of this world!

                                        My favorite restaurant in Dallas! The staff and owner always make me feel like I am the most important person in the room. I love taking my sons here for a special lunch. The ambiance reminds of long lunches in Europe. The food and wine are fabulous. Fresh warm bread, delicious appetizers and the Best Mussels I have ever had!
