   The Mother’s Day reservation stated 20% service charge on parties of 6. It was still added for our party of 2. 20% to bring water? To bring an omelette? I get my own food from the overpriced buffet? $65 for a pasta bar, overcooked fried chicken. The server didn’t want to be there. The best part was the manager bringing banana bread. I don’t mind a $65 buffet but when it’s good. Not this one

   Went for mother’s day brunch, but it was a buffet style that wasn’t announced or advertised. Service was very slow never as helped after our reservation, instead the server helped those who were seated after us. We ended up going somewhere else.

   I am not a person to write a review but i was very disappointed with the Mother’s Day Buffet here. I was expecting way more options for the price of $65 and not to mention the 20% gratuity/service charge included on my party of 4. Which it stated on the website gratuity/ service charge were included for parties of 6 or more. I was very confused and very upset that i had to pay for a service charge that was definitely not worth it. This was a lesson learned and I am definitely not returning.

   My family had brunch here for Mother’s Day, and walked away extremely unimpressed. The buffet selection was very basic, and pretty much every item was dry, overcooked, and uninspiring - expected more for $65/plate. Additionally, the service was nonexistent - we had to track down our server for every drink refill, then like other reviewers, my party of 4 was also hit with the 20% “large party service fee.” I had high hopes for this place, but we will not be returning.

   The music selection left a lot to be desired. Our server kept returning to the table frequently, making us feel somewhat pressured to keep ordering. At one point, he even asked us to settle the bill because his shift was ending, which felt unprofessional. We ordered a dessert that was served with oversized spoons, more suitable for serving rice than eating. When we requested smaller spoons, we were first told they couldn't find any, then that they simply didn’t have them. That said, the food was quite good, and the drinks were decent.

   I was with a party if 3, and we all agreed we would never dine here again. The only bright spot was our server, Aleah, who went out of her way to make our visit pleasurable. The food was mediocre and the drinks were bad. After 2 tries at making a margarita, I told them I would drink water. Both of my friends agreed their drinks were bad too.

   Our server was excellent. The guacamole had an unusual and unpleasant taste (the server agreed). Otherwise great across the board.

   We dined on Easter Day. This reservation was booked based on the menu that was advertised on Open Table. There was no pasta station, no sausages, no club sandwiches, no create your own omelette station. The chef told us the shrimp and grits was the starch. The manager said our marketing manager must made a mistake we don’t have a pasta station. I will pay for value, but when value is missing you won’t see me again.

    Easter brunch wasn’t as expected unfortunately, they had no coffee whatsoever and buffet options were very limited for $60 pp, our waitress was attentive, don’t think we’ll be back…
