El hotel está espectacular y el restaurante muy sencillo. Los rollos de sushi nada fuera de lo común pero los precios muy elevados. La atención de primera pero definitivamente muy caro.

Hamachi was very good, but everything else was average. For the price, I did not feel like it was anything special. It felt like our food was rushed out, we were sat at what seemed to be a lounge table, and the restaurant was almost empty.

The food was great however our waitress Amber was absolutely horrible. Made me leave the table to go back to the Ritz to get my ID from the room. I understand, but the way she treated us was unacceptable. My dad was profusely sweating and had to take off and strip to his undershirt. She refused to turn down the heaters. She ruined our dinner. Staying at this hotel should be a 5 star experience for what we were charged. We dined at all the other Ritz restaurants and has excellent experiences. Amber should reevaluate if she wants to be in the service industry at a 5 star hotel.

Fantastic food across the board. The service for my latest visit was not as good as prior visits but still good. The food is on the pricey side but some of the best ceviche and sushi I’ve had anywhere.

I was seated outside - at first I was concerned it would be cold. My wife and I had the first loveseat on the right as you go to the outside dining space. If you are looking for intimate seating ask for this. Blankets, pillows, a heater- just cuddle up and take a nap! It was a rare instance of not wanting to leave when the meal was over. The quality of the food was outstanding but the sashimi omakase was 6 tiny pieces of fish. For 115 dollars I think at least 12 pieces might make some sense. Just order a la carte at 10 to 15 dollars a piece. I get it that it’s the ritz but at least match the price of your single piece price.

Great family dinner spot for our vacation. The server was so helpful, laid back , efficient, and superb. Food was excellent and the manager gave my daughter a stuffed puppy that is the mascot for the hotel. She played with Bachelor, the puppy, the whole night.

Sakaba was in the top 10 of most romantic restaurants in ski areas, which is why I chose the restaurant. However, we were seated at a table close to a sliding door that bumped my husband's elbow several times, and it was so loud in the restaurant that we couldn't hear each other. NOT ROMANTIC at all!!! We requested a different table but there weren't any other tables available. Personally, I think a restaurant at the Ritz Carlton should not have any bad tables.

Who knew some of the best sushi/Japanese food we’ve ever had we found in Beaver Creek. We pretty much order the menu every time. Yes it’s pricey but it’s worth it. They fly in everything fresh from around the world and it shows. Great service and for Pete’s sake…you are in the gorgeous Rocky Mountains!!

Our waiter was very knowledgeable. The sushi was outstanding. We sat outside and thought we would be cold but with all the heaters and the fires we were just right. The ambiance out there was just so beautiful.

We had the best meal and experience at Sakaba. Co was our server and she was absolutely fantastic. Took great care of us and we let her completely order for us. It was truly one of the best meals we’ve ever had and for sure the best meal in Beaver Creek!

We had heard this was the best sushi in the valley and it didn’t disappoint. It is a small space, weather permitting the outside seating is very nice. The portions are small and the prices are far from cheap but the quality was second to none. Even coming from Chicago the quality of fish was amazingly high. Every dish was terrific. The UNI make your own roll appetizer is not to be missed. The chefs nigiri selection was just as good and our waitress Amber helped make the night.

Only negative is that the sushi pieces were very small for the price and nothing special. But the hamachi appetizer and both rolls were exceptionally good and the ambiance and service fantastic (once they graciously moved us from a poorly placed high top table to a fantastic seat by the fire). Thank you for a wonderful evening.

Poor service. Nobody came and checked on us during dinner. For the price point that is unacceptable. We should not have to pour our sake or look around for server. Ordered ginger beer nobody brought it. Had to ask for it again

Sakata is in Bachlor Gulch Ritz Carlton so the ambiance is great and high prices should be expected. food was nothing special as would be expected from this restaurant. enjoy the atmosphere have some sushi but if you go in after a day of skiing don't expect to leave full for under $200 per person

One of the best sushi dining experiences ever! The food was fantastic and our server Danny was absolutely awesome! We sat outside on the incredible patio and while it was 15 degrees outside the heaters are so good we didn’t even have jackets on. Overall just an excellent place and we all would highly recommend Sakaba

The food was way overpriced! The miso cod was rubbery. The sushi and sashimi were very small portions and very expensive. Individual pieces of sushi at $24 a piece minimum is three to four times more than it’s worth.
