We had one night to entertain friends from Italy and we wanted to have a nice time with great food, drink and a pleasant ambiance so we chose Saffron. Once again, we were not disappointed. Everyone enjoyed the grilled zucchini (a new must have!) and Salad Shirazi. Along with the filet and chicken kebabs, our table LOVED the FESENJOON and GHEYMEH BADEMJAN. If you haven't tried the Fesenjoon, they will bring you a sample which we recommend everyone try. The staff was genuinely pleased to have us there and we are treated like valued guests!

Unique and amazing drinks. Kebabs with high quality perfectly prepared meats. Deserts are unique and delicious and ice cream trio spectacular. The only criticism is the rice might have been better seasoned. Other than that very impressive and I would highly recommend going.

We had a great experience at this restaurant last night. The service was great. The portions were amazing way too much to eat for one sitting so we were lucky enough to take home some for lunch today We will definitely be returning.

Our overall experience dining at Saffron was very good. The food was excellent, and the wait staff were very accommodating. The owner came by our table and we had a very nice conversation. That's a nice touch. The only downside I can think of was the somewhat slow service. We weren't in a hurry, but it seems like the food could have been delivered to our table a little more timely. That's a minor concern, though. The drinks and appetizers were brought to our table fairly quickly. We will go back again.

We staffed the kitchen according to how many reservations were on the books and to our surprise we had more than double the amount of guests show up. I believe that Restaurant Week played a role in that. We hope to see you back again soon!

Simply an AWESOME experience. Amazing cocktails, perfect surprising appetizers, our entrees were ‘impressive’ - all yummy and served in a wonderful, cocooning atmosphere. Well done Ashley! Please know that we will be back. If you are a ‘newbie’ to Saffron, from our experience you will not be disappointed! Saffron is a Palm Springs ‘GEM’ of a restaurant.

Gourmet Mediterranean! How wonderful. Splendid offerings, authentic flavors, generous portions and reasonably-priced cocktails and wine. What a great addition to the Palm Springs dining scene! Having visited multiple Mediterranean countries and privileged to have Persian friends who take price in their cooking, we were DELIGHTED to dine at Saffron and very much look forward to returning - the sooner the better! Very friendly management and staff!
