**Black Truffle Dinner Series begins January 26th- February 25th and the menu price will be $250 per person for food only. There is a 48 hour cancellation policy and a credit card will be required to hold the reservation. The Black Truffle menu will be the only menu available during these dates.

The James Beard Award winning chef crafts an inventive multi-course tasting menu that takes guests on a personalized journey of modern creations and traditional flavors. Set in an elegant, secluded dining room designed by Philippe Starck, SAAM offers a quiet retreat, where the chef's creations and world-class wines take center stage. The SAAM experience is intimate with only 20 reservations accepted per night.

Twice a year, SAAM celebrates the opulence of truffle season with the Black and White Truffle Dinner Series. The 16 course dinner unearths the flavor of the truffle through the playful imagination and inventive gastronomic vision of José Andrés’ culinary team. Each truffle is foraged by the expert Truffle Brothers Michael and Marco Pietroiacovo of Italy.
