    This place is a must. Every time we Visit..no questions asked we come back every time. The food is perfecto! The short rib..tasty n tender! The chicken with collard greens sooo good. The Shrimp and grits also excellent! The view of the harbor is breath taking. Don't miss out on this secret gem!

    Service is excellent, food is consistent and delicious every time and the views are gorgeous. Our server was very personable and attentive. We went back for the whole fish and octopus, which were just as amazing as our previous visit. Definitely a must go- when we are in town!

    The view of the Inner Harbor is exceptional and the service staff is great. The wait time for our food on a weekend for lunch was only around twenty minutes and the waitress was good at refilling our drinks and checking in on us. The food however came in rather small portions and did not justify the cost. The need for a reservation must strictly be to create a more exclusive culture because the place was not even half full on a nice summer day at noon when the baseball team had a game four hours later. Overall, the service was great but they try being too fancy when everyone in there is wearing t-shirts.

    Fantastic experience. Food is fantastic. Setting is perfect. Vibrant but quiet enough for conversation. Perfectly located across the harbor away from the crowds. Our server was attentive and helpful. Our orders were all over the menu and everyone enjoyed!

    We were in Baltimore before a cruise and a friend recommended Rusty Scupper. We made reservations and said we were celebrating our anniversary. We were seared at a beautiful window table. The crab cakes, scallops with lump crab meat and wedge salad were amazing. Our server Ashley was friendly and attentive. It was a wonderful experience!

    Beautiful view, live piano, and incredible food. Started with the cold seafood sampler, and had shrimp & grits and a scallop special for dinner. Absolutely delicious. Enjoy an espresso martini for dessert!
