Russell’s atmosphere in the open kitchen seating was a lively, comfortable CO vibe. The servers were attentive, as well as the AGM who made herself visible and attentive. The food was amazing…we’ve been back several times and will repeat! Great playlist!

Amazing service. They unfortunately had to sit us 15 minutes late for our reservation, we didn’t really mind, but they insisted on giving us both a free drink while waiting & a free appetizer for the table. Never have had customer service that great for a small inconvenience. Steaks were cooked perfectly as well. It was very busy, all tables were full, but atmosphere was still intimate & quiet

We booked a reservation for four on OpenTable earlier that day. We were celebrating a birthday and our last night out after a wonderful 2 week vacation in beautiful Vail Village. As soon as we arrived we were seated and offered water. The waiter was attentive and knowledgeable. Every team member was polite and just had an overall nice vibe. This place is definitely a must for all Steak LOVERS!!!

A friend, who had never been there and I decided on Russel's for a nice dinner. Good selection of appetizers. We had the tuna tar-tar great flavor, nice portion. Once upon a time bread was free, but it is now considered an app you have to pay for. That was a little disappointing. We both had steaks, I went for double potato's instead of the vegetable side, they NEVER disappoint with them. Cheesecake rounded out a perfect meal.

I went with my wife , was her birthday , we ordered 2 glasses of wine as soon as we sat and it took like 20 minutes to arrive . We ordered one duck pot entree and one steak to share and instead of the entree coming first , both plates arrived at the same time . The restaurant in the end ignored that was my wife birthday and didn't do any kindness .

Disappointed. The brussel sprouts were really big and soggy. The trout had a funny taste and we kept thinking it had a bad smell. The jasmine rice was flavorless and no sauce. The bread was good, the salmon was good and the gnocchi was ok. The trout ruined the evening. Could not hear across the table. I’d rate it a 2 star restaurant getting big money by location.
