    We love coming here for dinner before going to the theater. We're always greeted by name, shown to a nice booth, and given good service, always out on time. The pizza, salad, and mushroom ravioli are our favorites. Prices are quite reasonable.

    The service here is always amazing! The waiter checked with the chef to see if there was any dairy in my choices since I am lactose intolerant, offered a different side dish, the manager came by to see if all was well, everyone so polite…  the noise level was high due to lunch hour, although the background music had a thumping bass to it which didn't help.  Maybe drop the music for a more relaxing experience? The food was delicious. This is one of my favorite restaurants.

    We each had a different entree and now we need to come back to try what the other one had!! Even the side salad with the French Dip was extraordinarily good (as side salads go!). We had great waitstaff, Adam - very attentive but did not rush us. We’ll be back!

    Our experience at the restaurant located on the third floor of Nordstrom was exceptional. It is always a pleasure to discover an establishment that offers both high-quality cuisine and a welcoming ambiance. The prompt service provided was particularly advantageous, especially in the context of a shopping excursion.

    I’ve been coming to Russell for years & enjoy the food. However, I think the service can better. Some of the waiters oftentimes forget that you are even there. I’ve also noticed that their prices have been increased. Also the quality of the food at Nordstrom in Irvine spectrum is not same as Ruscello.

    Nordstrom Ruscello is consistently great. Their customer service & healthy/yummy fare for lunch at SCP can’t be beat. For our party of 7, lunch patio dining: -Food (salads, soup, turkey sandwhich, salmon) all consistently great 👍 -Amazing customer service & personal touch by Mgr Derek -Ladies lunch ambiance: he set us up with multiple heat lamps, stylish table tops - our space looked great

    We were welcomed warmly by hostess Katie, who greeted us by name. Server Bryce was attentive and pleasant. He made sure we made our theater performance later. I had the portobello mushroom ravioli, and my husband the short rib dinner. Both were delicious, as was the flaky cheese and green onion biscuit.
