   The restaurant was closed when we arrived. It would have been good to have been told prior to us making our way there. We wasted a lot of time

   Made a reservation for their Islington branch and when arrived it was closed due to maintenance, we called the Camden branch but no one answered. Made another reservation for their Camden branch through Open Table but when we arrived they were closing despite their website advising they were open until 9 pm. A shame as it was our anniversary dinner, that we couldn't try out their menu. Avoid using Open Table as there's clearly a communication issue.

   Booked table, confirmation from Open Table received... Restaurant was closed. Booked a table at the other branch in Camden, booking confirmation received... Travelled to Camden. Arrived at 7:55, to be told the restaurant was closing - despite the fact that the Google page said it closes at 9:00pm

   We traveled from a different part of London to find that, despite having accepted our booking, the restaurant was closed for several weeks.

   Really disappointed, we booked a table through Opentable four days ahead of bank holiday Monday, turned up at midday to find they were closed (due to open at 12). We waited about ten minutes as there were no signs to say they weren’t opening and our reservation had clearly been accepted, but no one arrived to open up. No one answered the phone and it didn’t say on their website that they were closed for the bank holiday. Really frustrating as we’d travelled from South London having heard good things about the food. Fortunately we then discovered Tofu Vegan just down the road which has amazing food and lovely staff. I emailed Rudy’s later that day to try and find out what had happened but they have never responded (three days later). Overall a huge flop.

   This restaurant was closed the day of our reservation. We did not receive any notification about this, and only found out when we got there (by way of nobody being inside & the lights being off). I tried calling the number listed for it, but nobody picked up. I would strongly recommend contacting the restaurant before you go to see whether they are still in business.

   Restaurant was closed but I had booked and confirmed a table for 7 people that day. No one contacted me to cancel the table so we all turned up to find the restaurant closed. There was a number for delivery drivers which we try to call several times but no one answered so guessing a few people didn’t receive their delivery either. So unprofessional

   Turned up and the restaurant was closed. No pre-warning, or even a sign on the door to explain. Extremely poor customer service.
