   Wow! Tried this on a whim and was totally impressed. We sat at the bar which has happy hour from 430 to 630. We ordered edamame sashimi a roll and cocktails. All top notch esp the attention to detail by the bartender Tate. I would venture to say the food is better than sushi den! Give it a try!

   We had the privilege of being front and center on the sushi counter, and the two chefs, along with our waiter Reed, were incredibly helpful in guiding our sushi adventure. Definitely trust the specials - these folks know the freshest fish and ingredients and put it forward, and it shines! Also of note - the hostess never let our water glasses get empty, and finished dishes were whisked away to avoid clutter. A great experience!

   Wonderful sushi restaurant in an eclectic part of Denver. The restaurant is not large thus I recommend a reservation. The food and drinks were exceptional. Our waiter, Reed, was knowledgeable and very friendly. He did a great job! Be prepared the cost may be a bit higher than other places but well worth it.

   Supremely sublime fish of all varieties, with spectacular daily specials, a warm and relaxing environment, and attentive and thoughtful service. This is truly a neighborhood gem and a place we have had consistently fine meals over the years. Ronin Congress Park is a place for a group or a date night or for entertaining visitors. It is especially nice to bring people from out of town who think that good sushi is not available in a land-locked state. While not inexpensive, the value for the quality is as good as any we have ever had. We are grateful for such a fantastic experience over and over again !

    We arrived early to enjoy the daily happy hour specials at the bar. We ended up to remaining at the bar rather than moving to a table le because we were enjoying ourselves right where we were.

    I do really like Ronin and Sushi Ronin…but the rolls seem smaller (shrinkflation?). The service is great…very friendly staff. The prices are a bit high…especially for sake. Had to opt out of sake, which was a HUGE BUMMER, but they were just way too pricey. They’re rolls are yummy, though, for sure. Will just have to go when it’s in the budget.

    Service was great - attentive and friendly. Neighborhood nice with craft beer, wine bar nearby. Food was average. For the price it was not a great value. 2 people, no alcohol, $130 before gratuity was steep. Have not found a sushi restaurant that measures up to Sushi Den.

    Superb dinner with a group of nine. They were very accommodating, fast to turn dishes around. Food was phenomenal. And Elizabeth, our server, was fantastic and explained the different dishes so well. Modern space but very comfortable. Thank you, Ronin team!

    Ronin Congress Park is a beautiful modern space, with lots of big windows and a beautiful patio in a neighborhood setting. It is the former site of 12th and Madison, a local favorite. The service is as bright and cheerful as the atmosphere. At least on Valentine's Day this year, however, the food and the prices were a major disappointment. Wine and beer were a bit pricey but the sushi was especially so, leading to an expectation of the highest quality and flavor that was not delivered. The edamame was undercooked, while the sushi, including even premium items like jalapeno hamachi sashimi, were underwhelming at best. It's possible that this was a one time holiday gouge, as there were only two sushi chefs on duty, working tirelessly for a capacity crowd. Nevertheless, $270 after tax and tip for a dinner for two is just too much for below average fare. It might have cost nearly as much at Sushi Den or Uchi, but we would have felt very differently about our experience. Either of those outstanding restaurants always leaves us feeling that we have enjoyed the highest quality and best prepared sushi. The same cannot be said for our first experience at Ronin Congress Park.
