The worst service I’ve ever experienced. We had the friendliest waiter, but he came around so infrequently and brought out a cold pizza that we had to send back (presumably because it sat for too long before being brought to me). Got extremely impatient at the end because he took almost 10-15 mins between coming in to check. Don’t go here unless you like wasting money on mediocre food and terrible service.

We were seated quickly but waited 15-20 minutes at our table for a waitress. No one came so my husband got up and asked someone. A waiter came over, apologized for our wait. He brought us waters, took our drink orders, then we waited another 20 minutes for them. We were there an hour and 15 minutes before we received our appetizers. My husband and brother in law had to go get someone for balsamic vinegar, Parmesan cheese and then to go boxes. We were bummed.

It was busy which was expected. Food took longer which is also expected for Valentines Day. I think what took even longer was the Calamari appetizer looked great but tasted like burnt toast. I think the oil they were using was burned or rancid. The waiter was very apologetic but I’m not sure the message got passed on because the replacement was the same. Eventually we changed appetizers and the peppers were great! The waiter did offer us some soup and salad on the house for the wait which was nice. He was so busy though we only got drinks refilled once by another waiter. By the time 2 1/2 hours had passed we had to leave to relieve the babysitter so we had to take dessert to go as it hadn’t arrived. We tried to pay the bill and go but even that took way longer than expected. I know big places like this are always busy on big holidays so I don’t fault them for that but I think next time we will just stay home and have dinner. Maybe beefing up staffing would have helped.

The only thing I liked was the lobster ravioli I might come back here but I'm not sure since the service wasn't so good at all It took a while to just get water
