Had reservations for 9pm on Valentines. Did not receive my entree until 10:30! Absolutely unacceptable, also had to change our choices 3 different times because they were out of food. Doesn't seem like they were ready for the holiday. We didn't get home untill 11:30. Complained to the manager 3 times and got nowhere. Wouldn't recommend
Waited 30 minutes past our reservation and then waited over an hour for food that we didn't get to eat at the table but had to take with us in boxes to meet our next engagement. Very disappointed in our experience.
We had reservations for 7:45. We waited 30 minutes to get a drink. We waited 1 1/2 to get our appetizer only after we complained to the manager.
Our meal showed up at 9:50 pm. Service was very poor, however people around us that came in later ate and left before we were served.
Enjoyed our dinner. Will definitely be back. Understanding it was a busy night my only disappointment was the bruschetta bread slices - two slices were black, overdone. Again, everything else was excellent
Our server John was knowledgeable and attentive. Good pace to the meal.
Manager Chris is highly experienced and sensitive to what makes a successful restaurant, including staff, equipment and ambiance.

The wait for food was ridiculous. One starter came out after a while then it was about 20 mins later we got the rest. Then we waited about 39 mins for mains. The food was okay nothing to make you want to rush back
They Couldn’t find our reservation. We left after 45 min not being seated.
Made a reservation for dinner on Christmas Day and were so looking forward to a positive Romano's Macaroni Grill dining experience. When we arrived the place was in melt down. We were told our reservation hadn't even been registered eventhough I recevied an email confirmation stating otherwise. Others in the queue, who also had reservations, were left in a similar quandry. Communication was non existent. From what we witnessed in our 45 minute wait in the queue, service was exceptionally slow as people who got seated ajacent to us had not even ordered. We decided to leave at this stage. We were very disappointed with our experience and it would take something monumental to convince us to return.
Restaurant was backed up , ran 40 min late with reservation , food came before salad, was told it was included with entree and then got charged for it... waiter apologized and took the salads off the bill .... long wait for food but was served hot and was good
We showed up at the scheduled time and they said there was a “glitch” with their server and none of the reservations people made that day went through. They said they would honor it though and sat us about 30 minutes later. It seemed to be at a table not assigned to any waiters because no one came to the table and after 30 minutes we flagged someone down and they said they would find us a server. Finally we got drinks and eventually bread. They didn’t take out order until close to 8 and It took at least an hour for the food to come. There were no utensils and when asked they brought us plastic take out utensils and said they were out of metal silverware. I asked for napkins and they asked if I wanted to use the paper napkins in the plastic utensils and I said no I wanted actual cloth napkins, so they eventually went and got them. They food was blah. I ordered butternut squash ravioli and it was cheese ravioli with some chopped butternut squash in the sauce on top. It was greasy and disappointing. The whole time we were eating there were bus boys cleaning all the tables around us. Did I mention it was Christmas? Worst mistake ever. I will never go back here.
Great Service,outstanding on a night (Christmas) when no one else was open. We had reservations and were seated within 20 minutes while others without resrvations waited up to 2 hours.
Fantastic service by the staff. Great ending to a great Christmas
This was my first time ever dining out on Christmas Day. It will also be my last. Apparently the restaurant had had some type of a computer glitch with the reservation system. Well our reservation was on the system but there were many more that were not. Our 6:00 reservation ended up being about 8:30 before we got a table. We were with another couple that wanted to just wait a few more minutes, wait a few more minutes . it was a nightmare. When we finally did get a table, our server Gabe, was very efficient. It was just by that time, the fun was over. Trying to keep in mind that it was not the employees fault that they were experiencing this nightmare. It was much worse for them than us, but still a very unpleasant experience overall. Next time I'll stay home and eat a peanut butter sandwich.

The entire reservation and kitchen was backed up. The only thing that really made it tolerable was our server. He was super friendly and kept us going.
It was xmas day and was pleasantly surprised at the whole experience I expected a crowded noisy rushed time but it was great.

Our server, Kenny - was awesome. Very upbeat and positive (especially for someone who was working on Christmas Day!). The food, from the bread, all four appetizers, to all entrees - was wonderful - as always. Stress free holiday meal planning for the family was never easier. It's hard planning and cooking a holiday meal for a lot of family when you work a full time job yourself. Aside from the volume, everything was perfect. We have been to Macaroni Grill many times and know the open layout lends to a loud atmosphere - that would be the only negative thing I can say. Keep up the great work! ~ Kimberly Smith

Really loved our dinner at Macaroni Grill on Christmas Day. The service was excellent and the food was wonderful. It was a lovely meal for a special day.
I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE BECAUSE THE FOOD IS USUALLY VERY GOOD. THIS NIGHT THE BREAD WAS COLD, BUT THE MEALS WERE VERY GOOD. THE WAITER WAS EITHER NEW OR JUST VERY POOR. HE DID NOT REFILL OUR DRINKS SO THE FOOD GOT COLD AND WE JUST TOOK THE FOOD HOME.

We were happy to have been seated in the back room. Our Server, Kenneth is wonderful! Very helpful answered our questions about the menu, and checked on us frequently. He also is very cheerful.
Food is good but seems to be expensive for the portion received. Pretty noisy experience; appears to get a lot of larger parties which is really good for the restaurant.
The food was mediocre at best. It didn’t taste fresh at all. The mama’s meatballs was stale and feels frozen boxed dinner meat. We were served by a staff member that didn’t want to be there.

Even with a reservation it took 15 minutes to see the hostess. The food was just subpar at best. Chicken and pasta was cold, not enough sauce. Was upcharged for more sauce. The waiter was atleast friendly. I wont be back.
I ordered Chicken Marsala and she had stuffed Ravioli, both were bland. Waitress never asked if we wanted grated cheese on our entres or salads. Price was not good either, dinner for two, couple of cocktails each, $121.00 before the tip. Not good food, not good service and not a good price!
Food was mediocre Wait Staff was attention and pleasant
Typically a solid performer and a better alternative for chain Mediterranean fare. Odd to not have anchovies available, (for Caesar salad or puttanesca), but their staples are usually pretty reliable and tasty. The rosemary bread and olive oil dip is always a treat. However, the side pastas were a bit overdone, and our service was interminably slow. Dinner for 4 took 2 and a half hours and we ordered strictly from menu. Coffee was also cold, and their habit of not clearing the table as the meal progresses is annoying.
The lamb shank, which I ordered for the Forst time was horrible. The taste of the lamb was overcome by the sauce. Try just plain old lamb chops.

Although I was a guest that evening, I have been there many times in the past. The food was delicious. The service was less than attentive especially since it was not crowded, and the "ambience" you might be trying to create is destroyed by the NOISE ! No less than three times, something glass was dropped and shattered in the kitchen area; the cooks yelled at each other - and not necessarily in a nice way; and, the noise of a kitchen in general is not what I want when I go to a restaurant. There are other restaurants that also have designed open kitchens and think the customer should participate in all of the goings on that put the food together -- but not me. I eat in a restaurant to get out of the kitchen !!
Everything was spectacular. The calamari is heavenly with the 2 sauces presented. Service was great and efficient. A new favorite.
The service was absolutely horrible attitudes from the time you got in the door till the time you left. Took my mother-in-law for Mother's Day and had reservation did not get sat for 30 minutes after reservation time and upon sitting did not even get drinks ordered for another 30 minutes drinks took forever to come out from the bar we ordered our food and still waited an hour and a half longer to get any form of service myself and my mother-in-law ended up leaving and going to another restaurant. Absolutely horrible service will not come back
Everything was great except the online reservation was not honored
Took 2 hrs to get food, everything tasted like it was made with too much salt, server seemed lost and clueless, stuffed mushroom appetizers took 1.5 hours to get to the table.
I made a reservation on Open table; however when I arrived my reservation was not honored.
Horrible experience. Had reservations, waited 40 minutes for them to say we should just sit at bar table. Then the manager tells us there would be at least an hour and a half wait for food.
