   Sat outside on the patio and enjoyed a pitcher of rose sangria (highly recommend) and tableside guacamole (also highly recommend!). Wonderful service, food and drink!

   It took 45 mins for the waitress to take our order. She was serving our table of 6 and another group of 30 people by herself. This place is under staffed.

   Food quality and portions were excellent Their guac is made tableside, fresh and delicious. Our server, Robin, really made the experience great. She was professional and attentive. We’ve had negative service experiences here previously and did not return for a long time, so it was nice to have such an experienced person. The music is rather loud and off putting. I don’t know why places play such loud music But we will return

    Ordered a pitcher of Margaritas, NOT GOOD. Glasses came out without salt. Didn’t even get asked if we wanted salt! Table side guacamole was good! Ordered chicken enchiladas and the chicken was hard and burnt. Beans were runny. Rice was hard. Chips were ok, not great. Salsa was very bland. Quest was not bad. All in all food was NOT GOOD. There are other places beside this place to enjoy better tex mex food.

    We were excited about Taco Tuesday. We made a reservation thinking it would be busy. We’ve definitely been there when it was busier. It took more than 30 minutes to get our second round of tacos. We had to ask for a manager who brought them out to us. The order was wrong but we’d waited so long we just dealt with it. All along we were told the kitchen was “slammed”. Definitely would never go back for Taco Tuesday. Not really thrilled with management’s response either.

    We had our cousins night dinner last night and our server was amazing. She held our table of 11 down and took amazing care of us. The birria ramen was delish and the sangria pitchers were 🔥🔥definitely be back when all are back in town.

    We went to Rocco’s taco in Sarasota florida, which was amazing. We live in Tampa and tried the one at international Plaza. It was a complete disaster. Tables still had the dirty dishes on them, the bathroom was disgusting. The food was cold and we waited for our drinks for 30 minutes. Never got our appetizers or silverware and napkins. It’s such a shame , because we had such an amazing experience at the Sarasota location. We even met Rocco. I know the food is amazing and the drinks are top notch. I just think, like most businesses, that it’s understaffed. Do not let this review detour you from going. Everyone has an off night.

    Service was terrible. Sat at the table for a hour before appetizer came. Server never checked on us to see if we needed more to drink or anything else. Others came and left and we were still waiting on food. Had reservations and asked for inside table. Was seated outside. Good was terrible. Have eaten here many times but doubt I’ll be back.

    Service was terrible. Had a reservation and still waited 20 extra minutes for our table. Food was very disappointing. For the price of everything, we expected much better. Drinks were very generic and could tell the flavoring was syrup and nothing authentic about it. Would never come back here again or another location. Disappointing all around.     One of the worst experiences ever, they were out of a ton of stuff, took all types of things they used to have on the menu off and the service was atrocious. She didn’t apologize she wrote our order down came back 25 minutes later and said oh yeah we don’t have that. Anything else you would like? She forgot to bring out 2 things we ordered and it was $275 + tip we had one drink each (4 people) and an entree. We will never go back and I have no idea how this place stays open. Best part was the “table side guac” she made it in a different room and brought it out to us, even though we paid $15 for that “service” place is a joke

    Nice server. She just spent the whole time talking to other employees and only came back to our table once. The restaurant was not busy. We dined on a weekday. Annoying. Left a good tip anyway, but the staff needs to be better trained at this restaurant. Quite a few of the employees just standing around on phones, chatting, etc. Food was good. I always enjoy dining here, but disappointed in our server this time.

    Overall GREAT experience. We started with the table side guacamole and it was the absolute BEST guac I’ve ever had. I ordered a chicken taco & steak taco- very good. My boyfriend ordered the birria tacos, they were average.

    Haven’t been in a while because it’s always crazy busy and they really try to accommodate too many guest at a time. You barely have room to walk or move your chair because tables are so close. Very loud so it’s a little hard to carry on conversation without shouting but it’s a fun atmosphere. Our margaritas were watery tasting but still had the buzz, Birria tacos had no flavor so that was a bummer! Guac was amazing and our server was very kind and doing his best. Dj is on point. Restrooms are clean and beautiful as usual. I’m optimistic so maybe it was an off night? Always try something for yourself is my recommendation.
