Something was wrong with my order and they immediately corrected it and comped the item along with an additional drink. Very impressed. Good food - especially the table side guacamole and the two tango margarita! It was really busy and must’ve been short staffed as the service was a tad slow but overall would go again. Worth it!

We had an okay dining experience here. The restaurant itself was very dirty. Lots of food on the floor and napkins on the floor. The bathroom was unkempt as well. The garbage can was overflowing on the floor. This is not a cheap restaurant either. Ten dollars for a draft beer is excessive for this type of restaurant and I don’t care that it is Naples. We had to drive 45 minutes from Marco and it was not worth it.

I’ve dined at Rocco’s Tacos in the Mercato many times before, and always enjoy going back! There were not many reservations available, so we booked a 9pm. We headed to the area around 7pm and the hostesses were able to get us seated soon after we arrived! It was as pleasant surprise. When we sat down, our server immediately touched our table to let us know she’d be over in a moment. We were able to look over our menus and were ready to order. After we ordered and got our food, neither the food runner or the server gave us any roll ups . So I had to sit for another 5 minutes to start eating. She also did not offer separate checks. Unfortunately service lacked last night but the food was still delicious.

Good food, but music was too loud. We have always liked Rocco's. There were 6 of us this time. We were pleased to be seated at the round table in front. The surroundings are beautiful. We started with the guacamole which was prepared tableside. It was excellent as usual. And the taco salad was great. The tacos fell apart and had to be eaten with a fork, but the flavor was great as usual. Don't know why the tortillas were so soggy this time. The Molcajetes are usually exceptional. This time, they weren't quite as tasty--we didn't see the usual garlic. They were good, just not as good as usual. Perhaps because we had an 8:45 PM dinner instead of earlier in the evening. The music was way too loud to allow comfortable discussion without shouting. We mentioned this to our waiter, and he said he would tell the manager, but we did not notice any relief. We still had a fun evening with our family and enjoyed the food overall. It just wasn't exceptional this time.

Service was slow for our order (wet pork burritos) and when the order arrived it appeared the plates had been sitting under the lights for some time as the cheese was melted, but the content was tepid. Flavors, presentation and portion were all very well done -- it just wasn't warm enough. No medium sauce for the entree, only hot sauce available. What? I couldn't believe that, especially at a restaurant that offers solely Tex-Mex food. Our waitress never came back to fill our water bottle and once she dropped off the check we never saw her again. (there was no shortage of servers) Still, all in all, I would positively take friends there again -- just needs management paying more attention to details.

Food absolutely dismantled my stomach. Service was beautiful loved our waitress. Margs were good, not very strong. Tacos were delicious. The mojachetes were super heavy, good serving size for prices. If my meal wasn’t as heavy I probably would have liked it, but I could barely eat it. Guac was outstanding and chip portion was insane.

We were celebrating a Birthday. The server was attentive and brought us extra plates and flatware to cut our cake. Also, she arranged to turn down the music a bit. It was a great and fun celebration and my friends want to return (I have been there numerous times)! Oh, yes, highly recommend Mango Margaritas!

Our food was absolutely delicious. However our Server brought the wrong drink for me, never offered to get a new one and took a while to come to our table at times. The hostesses were really very nice and tried to accommodate our request to sit outside (we would have had to wait to long for an outside table and we had tickets to see a movie) so she sat us inside but right next to an open door so it felt like we were outside. Overall the food was absolutely delicious but the service was disappointing.
