   Service was unusually slow as we waited 30 min to get a drink order and close to an hour for entree. We were inside, and it was very loud, only inside due to rain as we love to eat there on the patio. Food was great, will definitely come again.r

   Great food and great atmosphere however our reservation was a 7:00 we were a little late, had a large group of 8 so I called ahead and let them know we would be 5-10 min late. The woman assured me no problem. With such a large group we finished chatting and eating around 9 then repeatedly got asked to leave because a reservation had been waiting since 8:00 for our table… why would they make reservations so short only an hour? Then let us know at 9:00 making us feel very uncomfortable and rushed out the door. Service was slow and inattentive overall but that was ridiculous

   Our server may of been new….. After arriving and being seated, did not get a server for about 10 minutes. My daughter has a dairy allergy, made it know immediately. We ordered the mahi tacos unbreaded, with a side of rice. When our order finally came, it was shrimp tacos, not mahi. Didn’t have the heart to tell him it was wrong, we did not want to wait any longer for our dinner. Pretty sure they sautéed the shrimp in butter, despite me telling him of my daughters dairy allergy because my daughter was ill later that evening. Quite disappointing because we have been here before and everything is usually pretty good.

    Decent chips and salsa. Below average margarita and I ordered a premium version. Shrimp tacos were well cooked but bland. Mushroom tacos had a nice flavor but the mushrooms had the appearance and texture of canned. Nice salad greens. Our server was good at the beginning but disappeared after our food was delivered and we had to ask a hostess for more water and then again we had to ask for someone to bring our check. Nobody appeared to be in charge to make sure things were running smoothly. Our plates were never cleared. We won’t be back.

    Drinks very pricey. It is WAY too noisy. Music too loud which makes people talk even louder, so was hard to hear anyone you were with.

    My family and I went to celebrate my daughter’s 16 birthday and we had a fantastic time. The food was delicious and the service was great! The music and ambiance was on point! We will definitely be returning soon!

    Really disappointed in Roco’s Taco’s. Table side guacamole had no taste which was the reason we went there. Margarita was worse one I’ve ever had. Chicken enchiladas were dry. Kind of in the spendy side. $76 for 2 people. Not our first time there, but probably our last.

    Not enough wait staff which we understood but was really too slow. Birds inside the restaurant which is unsanitary. Food was not as good this time as our experience there last year. Wouldn’t go again.

    Last day in Fort Myers & the restaurant was ridiculous with music blaring so loud a conversation was not allowed. Had to relocate to another restaurant as a result!

    Great original recipes for a variation on typical Mexican dishes! And, the prices are reasonable. The bar area is a little too noisy when it is full, so sit on the opposite side if necessary.

    The Red Sangria is the best in Naples!! - OMG! it was perfect, my wife had the Chicken Burrito Bowl and I had the Taco Salad - The Taco Salad is the best one in Naples, if you have not tried it, then you should! Great service! Great Time!

    Lots of staff walking around but service was not good - these are high school or college kids who need a lot more training or experience- they need to be proactive so when they see a dirty table, they clean it Drinks take too long to get all the time, but they’re good when they arrive Chips were delivered way before drinks and with no salsa, so we flagged down someone to ask for salsa and she said she’d tell someone else Entrees arrived when there was no room on the table because no one took away the empty glasses and used bread/salsa dishes or the empty bowl of guacamole or the empty tray of chips and salsa

    Lousy service. Waited fifteen minutes for disinterested teenage waitress to take drink orders. Then told me they were changing coke supply so she brought me Diet Coke! Restaurant was filthy. Tables not clean. Food was average. Most of the teenage waitresses apparently more interested in talking to each other or checking their phones than waiting on customers.

    Late lunch/early dinner dining after the beach ! Drinks, guacamole prepared at the table with chips - amazing !! Tacos and entrees were delish and flavorful ! Service was super slow ! Took about twenty minutes to get more water and a refill of chips.

    We have dined at Rocco’s many times , and in the past really enjoyed it . But this time , it was very warm in the restaurant. The music was much louder than normal and the wait for food was really long . I noticed many tables around us also waiting for food . My meal was dry and the food itself wasn’t really warm but the plate was hot ! This visit was not a good experience, hopefully this was a fluke and the next time it will be better .
