Roasted Chili’s is always perfect. The food is tasty and fresh and the margaritas are inventive and refreshing.

Excellent Mexican food, served with aloha, the the menu selection was outstanding from appetizers to entrees, very well stocked Tequila bar tasty margaritas with daily specials the service is top notch and they followed social distancing guidelines, we enjoy eating here and do often.

We love this place, the food was amazing! The best Mexican food on Maui. The ambiance is fine, the prices are like any other good places to eat. Unfortunately the service was bad, they had a new server training so he was slow & was not as friendly maybe he was shy I don’t know. The older man I think he was the manager was helpful he was training him but I wish we had an experienced server. I hope they train inexperienced servers & hire more experienced servers. It was first time for my friends & they really loved the food, we ordered a lot, but they did not care for the service. Overall if there’s anything that will cause you to go back it’s definitely the Food!

Excellent eclectic Mexican cuisine expertly prepared by the talented chef. This is not your traditional Mexican restaurant, but rather a nouveau delight.

Lovely local restaurant, basic decor but excellent food & friendly service staff

We prefer our margaritas in rocks glasses with less mixer. When we asked for that they accommodated and they turned out great. We commented on the delicious salsa verde then learned the the owner makes all the salsas and sauces from scratch in the morning. We will be back!

First of all, our server, Nicholette was an absolute joy. She was clearly very busy, but always made sure we had what we wanted and took care of us. She was also very honest in her descriptions of the food, so we liked what we order. Above and beyond, she took the time to be her personable self with us. That makes a huge difference. Tell her Ed and Connie say hi.
The food was above average Mexican food. The quality and freshness of the shrimp were excellent and the carnitas was very good and the portions were quite generous. We happily have leftovers. Nothing was very spicy, but that's why they make hot sauce and this is Maui. Drinks were tasty and did actually have alcohol, unlike some places. Like everything here, a bit pricy, but that is nothing new. The guacamole was very fresh and good. I would rate the restaurant overall higher, but I try to keep things in perspective. It is a family restaurant and good, but not as creative as I have seen elsewhere, nor is it a romantic, high-class night out. We will certainly be back! For what it is, certainly recommended.

Wow based on what I read here I was expecting something very different, this place was a disaster. I cannot express how bad it was from the moment we walked in and waited to be acknowledged to the end when we left, all of it was TERRIBLE. We waited for water , we waited for drinks, we waited for the waiter to even look us in the eye. The food was cold when brought to us and really wasn’t great, I had the chicken enchiladas and my husband had the chicken quesadilla. The best part of the meal was the queso we had that was a lot like the stuff I make at home with velvetta and rotel tomatoes. We sat at the table by the front door and watched people wait to be greeted and also watched people leave because they weren’t. Also had the spicy margarita and that was not good either . Seriously I can’t say how bad this place was! Gross !

Best Mexican in Maui! Old standards and creative items along with a great bar if you’re so inclined...Plus, the people are terrific, fast and friendly. This is definitely not old, tired “microwave Mexican!” Fresh, tasty, inspired cuisine at a great value! Convenient parking too...

Pleasant, quiet ambiance with well prepared food. The Langostino Enchilada is delicious and to my knowledge cannot be found at any other restaurant on Maui

Wonderful delicious Mexican food! The posole is the best we’ve ever had.

The staff was wonderful. So sweet and helpful. Wish the food left much to be desired.

The bartender need more training to deal with all kinds of people. She was quite busy dealing with her friends rather then the customers like us who were spending $100.

This was our first visit to this restaurant. We had read rave reviews from other customers’ experiences and made a reaervation for that evening. The female server was warm and sincerely welcoming, and guided us with several food suggestions. To top off everything else, the daily special ice-blended margarita was fabulous. We will certainly plan on returning to this restaurant on our next trip to Maui.

The food was amazing as always! The watermelon margaritas were on point! I love this restaurant, even my 5 year old will eat here.

Always great tasting authentic Mexican food. It is the only Mexican food restaurant we will go to on Maui. Thanks for a great meal!

Chelsea is a great server. We were a party of three adults and an infant. We split orders and had infant timing issues which she dealt with aplomb. The employees who bussed tables also were the cheerful greeters.

The menu is less creative than when they first opened. It’s a more typical fare now. The mole is about as authentic as one can find outside of Oaxaca. The complementary chips are not nearly as good as the chips served when the restaurant was new.

Located in an outdoor mall, this spot is okay for a quick bite. Interior had cute leather wrapped tables, unique chairs and authentic Mexican tableware. It’s not cozy but can be a fun stop. For a Mexican restaurant, flavours tended to be a bit on the bland side, portions were very large. Excellent selection of tequilas.

Came in for lunch and sat at the bar with the new female bartender. Very accommodating, very sweet, makes excellent drinks. Always love the Langostino enchiladas and camarone shrimp tacos 🌮🌮🌮. Will be back in a few days. Thank you Ofir and Zuki

Always a yummy meal when coming in. Everybody says hello and Gives great conversation. Will be back in a week (or sooner ;)

Great food for the price. Potions are on the large side and the service was a solid 10. Salsa was very good as well!

We come in at least once (maybe 2x) a week and sit at the bar. Not only do we enjoy the fresh yummy food but we love the service w/ everybody smiling and greeting you as soon as you walk through the front door. I don’t know what I would do without my Roasted Chilies. See you next week !
