Whole smoked duck, expertly carved and served with traditional pancakes and duck fried rice and, accompanied by pickled vegetables, scallions, duck hoisin, plum sauce, and honey gochujang. A $75 cancellation fee will be charged for pre-order ducks that are not canceled without 24 hours' notice.
