Lovely tucked away location. Staff were very welcoming and hospitable especially a member called Marco who waited on our every need. The decor was great, the food was fresh and the wine made it all the better. Will definitely be returning soon.
Couldn’t fault it
Excellent service, food great as always, the house wine is fantastic.
Waiters very pushy and made meal feel very rushed despite restaurant not being full and having booked the last sitting of the evening. Items we had not ordered were brought to table and charged for and other items which had been ordered were not brought out. Meal itself overwhelmingly average. Very disappointing
Delicious food. Excellent wine selection, even sung my partner happy birthday!
Would definitely recommend. Had a great time
Came for my partners birthday it was the best choice I made worth every dime honestly outstanding
Not by the window nor the beautiful area, though they are empty table, instead we were arranged a very small table in the middle and the waitress pour the full glass of red wine to my dress... explained there’s no enough space? They give 10% discount which does not even cover the transportation ...
Poor service and disorganised. Not atmosphere.
Always delicious and great ambience. A little pricier than I remembered it.
Such friendly staff especially Marco and Ras! Super helpful when choosing wines to accompany my gorgeous meal.
Really underwhelming considering the good reviews online. The food was not worth the money, it was tasteless and nothing compared to authentic Italian food. Was offered bread and water to start but when the bill came we were charged for these (extortionately £5 for a bottle of water!) the toilets inside were also trashed, it was an incredible disappointment
Food was average especially the starters
The ambience was amazing, stunning restaurant. However, the service is appalling called previously to double check if they did gluten free pasta and staff confirmed that they did gluten free pasta.
However, when we got to the restaurant they said they only have rissotto and they have no gluten free pasta. The staff were not helpful.
You will find some really delicious food on the menu. Nothing adventurous, just staple Italian recipes done well.
Only one flaw: as an Italian living in London, I know most of the dishes + wine are way too over-priced.
It was amazing I had a lovely time so quiet and romantic
below average food quality and portion are small for what its worth. if they are charging premium price, at least make them look and taste good.
It was a pleasant experience. The food and the atmosphere were superb. Even though it was outdoor seating, the ambience was still very cosy and would definitely visit the restaurant again.
The outdoor section was well laid out with adequate heaters placed around the tables to ensure that diners were not cold. Service was excellent the staff were knowledgable & friendly. Food was amazing. Would definitely recommend.
Really expensive place, but excellent service, great food, and very nice looking interior. The main dish tasted great but was quite a small portion. If it wasn't for the big desert I'd have been left pretty hungry.
Lovely staff and food
Firstly I’d just like to say the staff here are absolutely fantastic ! attentive and sociable - the food was great, we had a bottle of 2016 Chianti to compliment our Linguine which was perfect.
I would highly recommend, very classy and niche spot.
My partner and I came here for his birthday. Bearing in mind covid and social distancing, we were sat on essentially a table of four with another couple. We asked if we could move to a table of two (as we had been informed on arrival that dining was about to end- and there were plenty of free tables), which we were able to do, but it clearly really upset the waiter, who was so very rude to us for doing so. It also took 20 minutes and 3 times of asking before we had our drink order taken. That being said; the next waiter was very chatty and polite and the food was adequate, though didn’t blow us away. Overpriced for what it is. I wouldn’t return.
Best food and best service.
Notably Marco our waiter and the always smiling and friendly the manager Andrea.
Very nice food, lovely restaurant and great location being just off regents street but you can’t hear the cars going past!
Small areas of the menu including pudding and beer selection, which is a really small thing to complain about, otherwise a great restaurant!
The size of food was the ideal and the taste was super good.
Food of poor quality, at best average, in small portions, and cold. Curiously not like in the restaurant's own pics. That may be acceptable to some if it was cheap. But this came at a cost of a great restaurant; it is incredibly overpriced! The only positive was the atmosphere; service was also OK.
Really nice atmosphere, not enough option on the menu à la carte not sure if it’s because of the restriction. Great service. The pizza was delicious and the creme brulee my kids indulge it. I will defenetly book for another time.
Lovely Italian food and the service was impeccable.
Very good service. For the price the food was OK. I had the veal and it was nice there were not many options for side dishes.
Went to celebrate Mother’s Day and it was amazing. Had to sit outside but they had umbrellas and heaters to keep us warm.
This restaurant is a must! First time going and I will definitely be visiting again. From the first moment we arrived until the second we left, we were treated like royalty.
The food is beyond delicious and the staff are sublime. Special thanks to Marco who tended to our table.
We will be back soon
Staff were brilliant. Friendly, attentive, prompt and always helpful.
Very outdated, overpriced, overrated. Also a pretty obnoxious waiter (only one though, the others were lovely)
Food was cold, and overpriced
Food was terrible, specially the truffle pizza, it was a joke for £36. The tiramisu was horrendous as well, had one spoon and could not finish it. The main pasta was incredible small, apparently 100 gr. The service slow and disorganized. I used to love it but we are not coming back.
A perfect well rounded experience, great staff and food was delicious
Lovely ambience and courteous staff . Food absolutely excellent.
We have been eating at restaurant Frescobaldi since it opened. The food, service and ambiance have always been first class. On Tuesday when we last visited the restaurant we were lucky and the weather was sunny and quite warm. Hopefully we will be able to sit inside very soon.
The new decorations have freshened up the restaurant. Well done.
