For three decades the name Riccio has been synonymous with fine dining in the desert. Richard and Patricia Riccio set the bar for outstanding Italian cuisine 40 years ago when they opened the original Riccio’s in uptown Palm Springs. Two of their sons, eager to carry on the family tradition, last spring unveiled Riccio’s Steak and Seafood with a new menu concept in a higher profile location downtown. Service and personal attention have been the Riccio’s hallmark and they pledge to continue this tradition.

For the casual diner, Riccio’s offers a relaxed patio presentation for watching downtown Palm Springs unfold while sampling their intriguing, seasonally changing menu. Riccio’s bar faces lively Palm Canyon Drive, and picture windows frame a sculptural fountain.

                                                    Even though this was a first visit, during a two night stay in Palm Springs, it felt much like a favorite dining spot, with staff who know you and cuisine that feels like an old favorite. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely return!

                                                    The service was great. Our wait staff were very focused on keeping our glasses full and our satisfaction with our meal. The food was outstanding from the chilled salads to entrees and the desert. The chicken parmigiana was truly the best I’ve had and the lobster ravioli was incredible. Excellent tiramisu! Great restaurant and the price was extremely reasonable.

                                                    As always we had a great time and a delicious meal at Riccio’s ! I live in Chicago, and when I’m in Palm Springs I always make time to eat here ! We sat outside this time… 5 of us. And it was very comfortable. Great service as well !

                                                    We've been there twice now in the past two weeks. We have found them to serve amazing meals at very fair prices in a prime location! The staff have been very accommodating on both visits! We highly recommend Riccio's!
