Really a pool restaurant. Not at all intimate. Food was solid but not as advertised.
Great place too.rrelax
Excellent as always. Beautiful atmosphere. Delicious drinks. The menu is on the smaller side but everything is spectacular!
Need to vary the menu a little. Has been the same since it opened.
Great service and food but being seated right next to the Orange construction fence was not our favorite, we feel we should have been told at the time of our reservation !
Appeared to be more of a taco menu but limited offerings.
Food and service was excellent! Highly recommend.
Wait staff was amazing- poor food choices and the Nats were so bad we had to leave before even ordering dinner
The food and ambiance at Ria is a 10!
We have been several times before and went again last night for our anniversary dinner.
We had atop notch fun, relaxing and delicious time with Willie behind the bar. Yes, we sat at the counter.
The live music was a great bonus!
Credit card machine wasn’t working and order was not placed until we asked where the food was.
Very disappointing. We certainly need a high-end Latin-American restaurant in the area, but, unfortunately, this one doesn't cut it. What it is, is a middling Mexican restaurant, with a very limited menu, bad service, awful drinks, and high prices.
The margarita was so bad, we had to send it back. Their specialty Naples cocktail, described as a mixture of rums and exotic fruits, looked and tasted like Hawaiann Punch with a bit of rum. I felt bad about having to send back the margarita, and drank the cocktail anyway, but it wasn't anything I would ever want to have again.
The plastic-laminated menu is very short. Half of the half-dozen or so main courses are tacos. The ceviche, taco, and salad we had were adequate, but nothing we can't do better ourselves at home.
The service was extraordinarily poor. We had to move our appetizer plates aside to make room for our main courses, and we had to stare at those dirty appetizer plates during the whole rest of our meal. They were not picked up until the main courses were cleared. Moreover, we were not offered clean silverware for the main course. When the dishes were finally cleared, we asked for dessert menus. Our waitress reluctantly dropped off one, even though there were two of us at the table. Then she never came back, and after waiting too long we lost interest in dessert. We eventually flagged down another waiter and asked for the check.
Not really worth it. Food quality was pretty bad for the claim that all is organic. Service was the only saving grace that night. Nothing chic or sophisticated about this venue. Spanish music was nice but a bit boring. Won't return.
We were staying at the res
Awesome service - cocktails and food
The best dinner we have had in a long time! Mindy was awesome! Her professionalism and customer skills are incredible. She made us feel like family. Kudos to the Chef, management staff and the music band for making our evening a memorable one. We will be back!
We love coming to Ria for our fix of what we call the Ritz at Tiburon’s version of street tapas. Empanadas, tacos, their famous “cheese dip” and of course the best Manhattans in Naples. In addition, all of their staff is accommodating. They all aim to please and manage to do it well. And the surroundings are just perfect for an evening out in Naples! So...do yourself a favor and go there!
We had a beautiful dinner. Perfect weather, not too crowded, soft and relaxing music, and of course, amazing food and service.
Wow! Had one of the best overall dining experiences here. The hotel and grounds are spectacular and the view of the golf course from the restaurant was relaxing. The valet was very friendly: works off tips, not some exorbitant mandatory fee; tip him well. The hostess was very accommodating as we asked for a different table than the first she selected. The wait staff was extremely friendly and checked back with us numerous times. The food was spectacular: a mix of Argentine, Mexican and Peruvian cuisine. Everything was fresh and very well presented. The pork tacos were great, as was the ceviche. The best part was the churros, so leave room for them!
Great place, wonderful food and live music. Lovely evening all around. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food is very good- tried the empanadas (sweet but the chimichurri sauce matches perfectly), the fish dish and pasta were amazing too. Lastly, churros... you can’t go wrong with churros! Will visit again.
Omg just beautiful ambiance. The food is great lived the tacos, empanadas and the black beans and rice. Dessert Churros with chocolate amazing. It’s just fantastic just sitting outside and people watch
Beautiful setting. Limited menu imparted to expectations. Expected ritz prices. Enjoyed the cocktails and the bar. Food was tasty again just specific/limited.
Excellent food, excellent service, excellent ambiance. A lovely evening out is a sure thing.
Dining at Ria is a unique experience in Naples, between the modern tropical decor, Latin music and gorgeous views of the Tiburon golf course. The food is delicious and beautifully presented. The service is excellent. You feel like you have been transported to another place where you can relax and forget about the world for a little while.
Outstanding!! We will be back!
The ambience is beautiful. Service was poor. Food mediocre. We ordered a $120 bottle of red wine and it was warm. We asked the server to put it on ice. She left with the bottle and never returned for 30 minutes. We then got the wine and ordered dinner. The pasta dish is described on the menu as having vegetables. It seemed like a healthy choice but instead it was in a creamy Alfredo type sauce that was not disclosed. My daughter couldn't eat it so she shared my tacos. After we ordered, we heard a different server at a nearby table rattling off specials to his table. Our server never informed us of the specials and based upon what I heard, we would have ordered them (as we were having trouble deciding what to order).
great food and a beautiful setting. I will be back
Great place to have a date. Food was a little pricey but ambience made it worthwhile. Live music great atmosphere
Great place for an outdoor dinner with creative Latin food and attentive staff--at least until Marriott opens the adjacent water amusement park in an effort to change the luxury Ritz brand to a Family Fun Spot.
While the menu is short, they have mastered it. While the price point is on the higher end, the food is fantastic. Definitely try the shrimp tacos if you go!
Lovely new space that’s completely outside. Although we weren’t staying at the hotel, we felt like we were on vacation. Soft live music added to the ambience. Food was delicious and original. Don’t pass up the churros.
That steak... my god. So good, so simple. I wanted 5 more. Also the Civiche was phenom! Was literally drinking the juice
The only problem is that I got eaten up by little bugs (not mosquitos). Can you spray the bushes around the restaurant? We were there at 6:45-8.
Fabulous good and our server was really good. Loved the music as well
Everything was wonderful, exceptional service from Matt and Chris. Snapper was delicious. Lovely background music. One of our favorite wines was on the wine list 😊. The Churros are AMAZING and almost worthy of a return visit all on their own.
We’ve been repeat offenders at Ria since it opened in February at the Ritz Carlton Tiburon. Hands down, this oasis of light South American bites is a MUST VISIT. Last night’s visit found us starting with a house made Guacamole and Tortilla Appetizer. Truly some of the best we’ve ever had! We each ordered a trio of tacos... beef and shrimp... amazing. Dessert, Ria’s Flan is a dense slice of decadence, served with the house made ice cream.
What can we say, Ria is simple, casually elegant outdoor dining, overlooking the fabled Tiburon Golf Course. It doesn’t get any better.
Wonderful evening. The live music made it really special.
First time. Loved the setting, service and food
There’s been so much hype about this restaurant. The menu is limited and a bit confusing. Food prep was average.
The empandas were very good , drinks were good but so over priced it was ridculous!
The tacos were very tasteless and not authentic! our waiter was very good. but this taco meal cost as much as a chef"s tasting dinner with bottle of wine at Sails high end , top restaurant in Naples!!! Would not recommend or return!
We liked everything about the outdoor setting except it was a very cool and windy evening
