   Horrible service. Waitress didn’t even bring waters despite us asking twice. Shrimp scampi came out completely cold, not even lukewarm. They are understaffed and should not be in business until there are enough waiters.

   Ambience was nice, short rib dish was extremely dry. Garden Salad was pretty good.

   The drinks were good, I feel like they need more food menu options. Around 7:30/8 it starts to get busier with a DJ which is nice because it’s a good ambiance.

   My experience at the Sawyer Revival was amazing in terms of venue, atmosphere, and first rate service. The food needs some bit of elevating in terms of quality to taste/flavor. My meat was a bit cold and dry and the nachos lacked spicy flavor with little to no jalapeño.

   Server was wonderful and very apologetic.. Food was terrible. to get one drink. It took an hour. We ordered food at 6 and didn’t get the food until 7:48.

   We came here for pre concert drinks and snacks on a Tuesday night. The host brought us to a table outside and said our waitress would be with us soon. 30 minutes later, one of us had to go find someone because no one had come to our table. The host never told the waitress we were out there. The waitress was very nice but the service was unbelievably slow. The wrong food items were brought out multiple times, as well aa incorrect drinks. We ended up just cancelling a salad we ordered because it never came, even an hour after ordering. We did see a waiter walk to the table next to us with what we believe was our salad and they said it wasn’t theirs, so he left with it instead of checking with us, after trying to give us their taco order prior. There was a clear miscommunication happening between waiters. Our group is very patient and we didn’t order anything complicated, but this is some of the worst service I have had in a really long time. What should have been an hour visit, was a 2 and a half hour ordeal. The only thing that saved it was the ambience. If this were a cheaper place, I think we could give it a pass but the restaurant is fairly overpriced for what it is. They even wanted a $50 reservation deposit. With that in mind, I would expect a better experience. They also automatically added a 20% tip on the bill. Guess you don’t have to give good service if you are getting tipped anyway.

   We have had great experiences in the past. Not this time. To get straight to the point. It says NO SHOW which is not true. We showed up twenty minutes early. The host. Very nice. The menu. Pretty good. The drinks? Very tart. Every drink. No matter what we ordered. Very tart. We sent one back but wanted to send them all back. The food? The tacos? Good, but the meat was cold. Some pieces of beef were too tough to eat. The hamburger? Just okay. But raw in the center. Basically it was like eating a frozen burger that was pulled out to cook minutes before it was ordered. They did take it off the bill, which was nice. Basically after four drinks and tacos and a burger. We felt like we never should have made this reservation.

   Staff was amazing! They really made sure that we felt like we were special and everyone wished us a happy anniversary! Drinks were good and fairly priced! Music was hitting the spot!

    Went here for Valentines and had the 4 course Valentines Special. It was so delicious and loved the service :) I recommend coming here for a great experience!
