                                                        料理長の山本様の焼き加減、味付けの技量がとてもすごいです。何度も来店し、同じらんちのステーキセットを食べていて、ベストでした。新型コロナの為、５年ぶりにワイキキを訪れましたが、値上がりしているものの、サントリーさんは、コスパと味がとてもいいです。ズッキーニ、玉ねぎ、もやしの野菜の付け合わせも素材もいいです。プレミアムMALT'Sも日本よりもタイプです。

                                                        It was an incredible dining experience again! Worth every dollar for its authenticity, great flavor and presentation. It is a must visit for connoisseurs of traditional Japanese cuisine, done right.

                                                        I went for a Japanese lunch with a friend. My friend ordered the sashimi set, and I had the grilled black cod and sashimi set. The sashimi was very fresh, and the black cod was perfectly cooked — everything was absolutely delicious. The waitstaff were very attentive, constantly refilling our water and tea, and the service was excellent. The dessert was also delicious. I can’t wait to go back again soon!

                                                        My husband and I both called our dining an “experience”. Most of the items, aside from the tempura, sushi and sashimi, we got with our prix fixed meal, we had never heard of and we both eat at Japanese restaurants at home. We loved every dish! So uniquely prepared and honestly, a picture to look at. Thank you chef and thank you to our wonderful server who explained each course and how to eat it. She was so sweet and seem genuinely interested in us wanting to get the most out of our delicious dinners. It truly was a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you love Japanese cuisine and you want to be a little adventurous.
