   We went for lunch for hubby’s birthday as a surprise as it had been recommended by a friend and I can say that we absolutely loved everything about our experience! Food, ambiance and staff were fantastic! We will definitely go back and highly recommend

   Restaurant Hubert did not disappoint! A wonderful experience with amazing food and attentive staff. The live music was a lovely cherry on top for the entire experience.

   A place to celebrate a special occasion - not with a large group as it's a bit too loud for a conversation. Food is great, service good but not quite up to the level you'd expect for the price you're paying. A good try-it-once experience.

   A superb restaurant - classic French food, wonderful service and great ambiance. It feels and looks like an old Parisian restaurant and the jazz band added to the feeling of being in Paris 100 years ago. It’s expensive and hard to book but worth every cent and the months of anticipation

   Wow, what a beautiful culinary experience, Celebrating my special one’s birthday. The place was wonderful, such a good vibe- topped by the great Jazz band, alongside that ambience the staff service and recommendations were spot on, and the food? Was exceptional quality. Everything was delightful. This place is not cheap, but it is so worth a special experience. Hands down one of the best Sydney restaurants, no wonder it is so hard to secure a reservation.

   Beautiful place to go, well worth the experience, probably best to go with friends and sit at a table by the stage.

   We went for my dads birthday dinner, a really special occasion. We waited ages for this booking and our steak costing around $200 didn’t arrive as it was sent to another table and would take 45min to cook another. Staff offered dessert free of charge but I believe should’ve offered alternative steak of equivalent value or something else to round out our meal instead of dessert. Really disappointed as my family were so looking forward to this meal and I believe they could’ve done something more than just free dessert. Staff were apologetic, but seemed distracted as most were paying attention to other tables and I believe this is why the mishap happened. Unsure how that could’ve happened as we were seated right near the paying area where most staff gathered so no one bothered to check if our steak had come earlier. Had a very disappointing night, which is a shame because the food is other wise great.

   Rude, visibly bored, sommelier and rushed service undermined great food, wonderful live jazz and a sumptuous ambience.

    Excellent food, service, jazz music and overall ambiance. The restaurant is in the cellar.
