   We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at August, from appetizers to mains to dessert, everything had something special about it. The servers took good care of us throughout, with excellent pacing and just the right amount of attention. This was our favorite stop on a few days of fine dining in the French Quarter. (But it's not really in the Quarter.) August deserves a repeat visit.

   My friend and I dined here after fest. The experience was fabulous. Ben and Felicia were our servers, excellent service. The food was wonderful, and the amuse bouche was customized for my friend as she is a pescatarian. Will return

   August was an incredible experience! We went for Friday lunch. The food was incredible. Each course was delightful and unique, combining French cuisine with New Orleans flavors. The staff was friendly and helpful and the space itself was exquisite, from the beautiful woodwork, freshly pressed tablecloths to the gorgeous flowers gracing the dining room. August is a must for the quintessential NOLA outing!

   We came for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The duck was fantastic with the crispy outside with a flavorful, tender rare inside. The cream puffs were rich and creamy topped with a delicious cookie. The servers were polite and helpful answering all our questions. Our reservation was for 11am so we were among the first to arrive. All the patrons were seated in different areas of the restaurant to make the dining experience quiet and private.

   Everything was fabulous except our table location. Every dish we were served was delicious. Our servers were wonderful, explaining every dish, so friendly and right there when we needed them.
