   The food is fresh and the presentation is amazing. The restaurant has a different flair on things such as Trece Leche Pastel and believe you will not be disappointed. A must try restaurant. We will be going back for sure.

   We have traveled extensively, and as foodies we find the best places all over the world. Reforma is an exceptional restaurant. Menu is outstanding. This place needs more marketing? It should be filled nightly! We urge management to hire an expert advertiser to get the word out. We will be back!

    Excellent food, terrific bartender makes crafted margaritas and an entire menu of interesting cocktails. The rooms are beautifully designed. A like loud for a Sunday brunch - I would suggest adjusting the music during meal hours to attract and keep a more sophisticated audience.

    Overall we had a great time here. The food was very good and the service was well done. We tried a wide variety of items from the menu and everything was awesome. The pricing is on the high side compared to other great restaurants in PS but I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

    Food was very good as was the service. Very interesting menu. Unfortunately for our party, it was just too loud with the dj playing during dinner hours. Acoustics were bad due to the space design. Very nice design/ decor, but really more of a loud club vibe than a place to eat. Can’t say enough about how friendly all staff were throughout dinner. I wish the owners well with this, but definitely a tourist spot given the demographics of PS residents.

    I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant we were both very disappointed. The hostess completely ignored us when we arrived there was no one in the restaurant, and she sat us by an exit door. We had to ask to be moved to a better table and even though the place was completely empty, I mean no one at any table she had to go through the ceremony of checking to see if we could be moved. Our waiter was OK not special. Our mussels were fishy, and the sauce had no flavor. We will come for dessert the Tres leches was fabulous. If not for dessert this would be one star.

    We sat in the center room with the booths thinking it would be less noisy, but it was very noisy and difficult to talk to our friends. Food is wonderful, so that sort of made up for it. Staff is very nice. We will go back for sure.

    Exceptional waitress and great food but music from the dance venue was so loud that it lessened the dining experience. Felt like we were talking over the country music which is not a genre of music we enjoy! If the music venue was a giant piano bar, that would be great! 😀

    The hottest and well seasoned food I have had in Palm Springs in YEARS!!! All 3 Courses. the dining room is exceptionally dark - LOVE IT. The restaurant wasn't very full so it seemed isolated, when it's full I am sure it's on point. Bravo REFORMA Bravo!

    Sophisticated, modern Peruvian cuisine, highly recommended. Restaurant consists of two parts: a very large bar with a very interesting mural behind it and long sharable high top tables with some two people individual tables, and a private area for dinning with regular tables. The latter area is very quiet while the bar are could be quite energetic depending on the time of the evening. Great cocktails. Try the Negroni with Mescal.

    The Ceasar Salad was more than ample and quite delicious. When my server brought my Flattened Chicken, he offered a steak knife which I refused assuming that I would not need it. Unfortunately, the chicken was so dry as to be nearly uncuttable with a regular knife. The sauce with which it was to come was so skimpy that there was not enough to offset the dryness. Service was very attentive.

    The staff’s enthusiasm was matched by the food’s flavor. Everyone was so warm and welcoming, and the food had some heat, but it didn’t overpower the flavor. We began with the ceviche, which was our first experience with this dish, and it was so rich with cilantro and lime, you had to drizzle it over the fish to savor it. Hey, it was our first experience with Peruvian food for that matter. For entrees, my husband chose the Branzani, the catch of the day. He scarfed it down. The pickled veggies were a little more daring on the heat side, that’s for sure. I had their signature Peruvian Chicken. It lived up to it’s reputation. The skin was crispy, the meat moist and the flavor full. The sauce gave some extra heat, and extra flavor. Who can ask for more? I can. The potatoes were unbelievable. So crisp on the outside and buttery on the inside. We joked that they must have boiled them in baking soda first before roasting them. (That’s a little trick we learned recently. ) We finished the evening with the Tres Leches. They make it with pound cake, which gives it a much denser feel, and carries the milk forward. It was delicious. We will eat here again.

    What a disappointment! We went there because we were craving Chips and Guac but apparently they do not serve those Mexican staples on Sunday. We then asked to see a normal lunch menu and the waitress never even came back to the table to bring us one. Literally everything on Sunday's menu was meat oriented and not vegetarian friendly, which was an entirely new issue. ARGH. We won't be going back...because of the service and the food.

    Seafood risotto was a little too salty and the cerviche (which I enjoyed) had too much onion for my wife but both were well presented very quickly. We would have liked to try other dishes but the menu was not very extensive, especially for pescatarians. But we would certainly try it again - the service was great.

    Food upset my stomach and had 3 cockroaches crawling up wall during our dinner. Killed our appetite and then went home with a horrible stomach ache. Much spicer than expected - and I’m born and bred LA so used to spice. Staff was nice but I would have comped the entrees (they comped apps) if it were my restaurant.

    Surprisingly good food. Driving by, the building and the signage made me think this place was a gym; it is a nightclub that's added a nice menu of dishes with Central and South American influences. The Elotes app was tasty if a bit spendy and seemed like it may have been sitting for a while. The Manchego salad was nicely composed and is large enough to share or enjoy as an entree. My friend and I loved the flavor of the Lomo Saltado. Others in our party got the branzino and the short rib mole, which they were happy with, but I can't say they were as good as that Lomo Saltado. The horchata ice cream was a lovely dessert that left me wanting to go back. Service was friendly and efficient, especially our waiter who moved behind the bar when the nightclub opened.

    Waitress, who’s name I believe was Lorena, was awesome. Room was extremely loud and the seating too close to carry on any private conversation. Food was good, but certainly not memorable. Entree portions ranged from huge to appetizer size. Definitely worth a try for something different.

    My first visit. I hated the dark, dark, dining room. I had to use my phone to see the menu and partially to eat. The menu is a little limited and though the food was good, i will not return. My companions mole short rib was excellent and my pork coco buck was good. The service was excellent. Reforma is not for me.

    A 2nd business is never guaranteed success. It’s hard having multiple locations and businesses. But Rob has done it. He didn’t try to recreate his current business. Reforma breaks any notion of a 2nd location — that this new space is above and beyond unique. The food is above and beyond. The bar menu - big city top notch. The space — gorgeous and upbeat. This is not just the food — it’s food bar space ambiance - it’s a true experience for a night out with a date, a group of friends, or a business meeting.     My first time here. I came for lunch. There were only a couple of tables so it was very quiet. It has a fun build out and I love the mural on the wall above the bar. I ordered a margarita and the Cubano sandwich. My friend had a bloody Mary and the fish tacos. The food and drinks were excellent. I thought my Cubano was one of the best I've had in quite a while. My only complaint was I thought the drinks were a bit overpriced. We each had two drinks with our meal and our bill with tip was about $110. Most of that was alcohol. That seems a bit high to me for lunch.

    There were 4 people in the restaurant and they asked us if we had a reservation, seated us and after waiting 15 minutes to be acknowledged we left. They need to pick up their game to survive. Good luck to them. Want them to be successful. But service is critical.
