   Total Package. Service, food and quality of food offered was excellent. The value of the food was reasonable. very inviting and comfortable environment. First time to try it and my guests all said they would definitely return. They gave me an A plus for my choice. Very Enjoyable evening

   We had a nice family dinner with our 10 & 11 year old kids. The atmosphere was comfortable and casual, we all ordered different dishes and the food was very good. One of my kids got the meatballs and was happy while the other went with pasta puttanesca and that also hit the spot. Happy kids = happy mom!

   After dining at Bistro Barbes, the sister restaurant, we anticipated an above average dining experience. We started with the garlic bread which was all we had anticipated. The bread arrived very warm with a real garlic kick. My wife ordered the pasta with clams, which she judged to be just OK. I had the shrimp fra diavolo after asking the server if it was very spicy. He replied that it was mildly spicy. After one forkful and two glasses of water, the spice was still holding forth in my mouth. The server offered to replace the dish but I declined. Perhaps I ordered the wrong dish but it was noted as one of their specialties. When I tell you it was VERY, VERY spicy, there is no intent to exaggerate. They do not have gelato or spumoni. Reason: " We don't have a freezer". No biscotti. Red Sauce is not like a New York neighborhood Italian restaurant even though they claim to be like one. We are big supporters of new neighborhood restaurants and frequent them regularly. Red Sauce needs help to become a mainstay.

   Our server was outstanding- the food was very good- and we had a lovely anniversary celebration. Will try the French restaurant as well.

   Had a great dinner and apps here. Staff was friendly and kind. They suggested the Chartreuse- which is a new favorite!

    Service was slow due to problem in kitchen. Food was average. Ambiance was good. Wait staff was working hard to keep things moving along.
