Dining at RED O is an experience like no other that offers a unique combination of Prime Steak and Seafood with Rick Bayless’ signature Mexican inspired influences. With sustainably sourced and local ingredients, RED O creates flavorful dishes true to the authentic flavors of Mexico. RED O’s team of friendly employees creates a welcoming atmosphere that parallels the luxury resort interior of the restaurant. RED O also features an impressive bar and lounge where you’ll find specialty cocktails, an extensive tequila list and an award winning wine list. The bar also offers Happy Hour from 3-6 p.m. daily and Late Night Happy Hour from 9-11pm Friday-Saturday.

Great service. Live music in the bar. I had the shrimp pasta and it was excellent! Just the right amount of spice. We will return on our next visit to San Diego.

Our first time back to RedO after a very bad New Years Day experience a few years ago. Dining on a Monday evening was delightful! You can valet park early and walk over the footbridge into the mall to shop before you eat. Our server Joey was on top of everything! An absolutely terrific server who made our meal special. Catherine the manager also was stopping by to check in on us. Whatever service issues there were in the past appear to be long gone. Food and drinks were top notch!

The food and service were both outstanding. My husband had the Lamb with Mole sauce. Beautiful presentation and delicious. I had the 3 tacos - chicken, carne asada and fish. Also delicious. Atmosphere very upscale Mexican. Lovely experience.

Booked a reservation on Open Table. When we got there (10 mins early), they told us their kitchen closed already. Apparently, reservations only work in one direction for this place.

We ate an earlier dinner. The service was exceptional! The food was really good. Great cocktails too.

Red O was delicious! We went there for brunch with friends, and it was great. We had the fajitas, as well as the pork hash —both were really fresh and tasty. We would definitely go back again.
